About Care Xpress
Care Xpress offers part-time cleaning services across Singapore, operating from its Rowell Road address. The listing has been verified by KakiList, and the service holds a 4.7/5 rating across 285 Google reviews — a robust sample that provides a reliable signal of customer satisfaction. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range ($$) on an hourly basis, though the full rate has not been published and should be confirmed directly.
To arrange a session, contact Care Xpress by phone or through the enquiry form to discuss your property type (HDB, condo, or landed), preferred day and time, and whether you need a one-off clean, a recurring weekly or fortnightly slot, a deep clean, a post-renovation clean, or a pre-move-in clean. Clarify upfront whether equipment and cleaning supplies are provided or homeowner-supplied, and confirm the minimum booking duration — most providers require a 3- to 4-hour minimum per visit. If you are considering a foreign helper deployed through Care Xpress, note that under MOM rules, foreign part-time helpers must be deployed by a MOM-licensed cleaning company; direct hire of foreign freelancers is illegal and exposes the homeowner to fines of S$5,000–10,000 and a 2-year ban on hiring domestic helpers. Confirm the company's MOM licensing status before committing. Also ask about the substitute policy should your regular helper be unavailable, and whether the company carries public liability insurance.
To get started, call or submit an enquiry via Care Xpress's online form with your preferred dates, property size, and scope of cleaning, and request a written quote before confirming your booking.
If the helper is foreign, confirm the company's MOM cleaning business licence before booking — the penalty for hiring an unlicensed foreign freelancer lands on you, not them.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently visited Express Medical Clinic for my medical test. The service was excellent, especially from a young Tamil girl working there — she was very polite, respectful, and professional throughout the process. She treated everyone with great care and kindness. Truly an asset to the company. Highly recommended clinic
I am very disappointed with the attitude of one clinic staff, a Filipino lady. She was very rude to me and did not show any basic respect. I clearly felt that work permit holders are treated badly, while Skill Pass holders are treated with respect. This kind of discrimination is unacceptable in a healthcare environment. Clinic staff should treat all patients equally, regardless of pass type or job status. I hope the clinic management will take this complaint seriously and improve staff behavior.
Usually i did medical test at other place, they usually draw blood more then 3 times but today i come to express, the nurse one time only can draw my blood and its not pain, really very good, i encourage people to come and do medical at here, the staffs arw great ❤️ tq nurse

Today i come to this clinic, they treat me very nice and in a good manner, the staff whom draw me.blood also.no pain and one.time she.can.do.it and that's so. Surprised tq

Care Xpress prices on an hourly basis, though the exact rate has not been published — contact the company directly to confirm. Market rates from licensed companies in Singapore typically run S$18–25 per hour, with a 3- to 4-hour minimum per visit. One-off deep cleans generally range from S$150–800 depending on property size; post-renovation cleans S$350–1,800; pre-move-in cleans S$400–2,500. Confirm whether the rate includes cleaning equipment and supplies, or whether you are expected to provide your own. Ask whether a fixed-price quote is available for one-off jobs, as this avoids uncertainty compared with a purely hourly arrangement. See the full part-time helper cost guide for Singapore →
Foreign part-time helpers must be deployed via a MOM-licensed cleaning company — direct hire through Carousell, Facebook, or WhatsApp groups is illegal under MOM rules. The penalty for the homeowner is a fine of S$5,000–10,000 and a 2-year ban on hiring any domestic helpers. This penalty falls on you as the employer, not on the cleaner. Before booking, ask Care Xpress to confirm its MOM cleaning business licence status and, if applicable, provide the licence number. Singaporean and PR helpers can be hired directly without these constraints, so clarify the nationality of the helper being assigned if this is relevant to your situation.
Public liability insurance — typically S$500,000 minimum — is the standard for legitimate part-time cleaning companies and covers accidental damage to your property or belongings during a session. Ask Care Xpress for its policy details in writing before your first appointment. Also confirm the substitute policy: if your regular helper is sick or on leave, a reliable company should be able to send a trained substitute within 24 hours rather than cancelling the session. Ask whether Care Xpress operates on a regular-helper model (same person each visit) or a booking-pool model (different helpers assigned each time), as consistency affects both trust and cleaning quality over time.
