Do not engage their service. They make last minute changes to the booking more than once. After making changes, cleaner did not complete usual basic tasks like mopping the living room and kitchen. Her excuse was that she needed to rush to her next booking. Disappointing..

This company is dishonest and unreliable. Agent Alan cahoots with the helpers to cancel on you at the last minute and leave early when home owners are not taking note. Replacement helpers sent are those that no one engages meaning not trained, even more unreliable or have an attitude issue. Alan is indifference and unapologetic even for long time customers who engages his service twice weekly for a year. I would not recommend this company and his helpers to enter any home.

Poor management of staff schedule and not honest in customer relations. Booked 9 days in advance for the same staff (to save hassle of re-training and re-familiarisation). Manager said ok. 2 days prior to the scheduled cleaning, he sent me a text on the booking confirmation for the cleaning and same assigned cleaner. He deleted the confirmation message on the same day with no explanation. 1 day before the cleaning, he informed me that the cleaner is not available without citing any explanation. Only on probing, it was then disclosed that my preferred cleaner is scheduled for weekly cleaning elsewhere. Very disappointed at the lack of integrity.
