About Caring Caregivers Singapore
Caring Caregivers Singapore is an eldercare provider offering caregiver services islandwide, operating from Alexandra Road. The business is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. It holds a 5/5 rating across 18 Google reviews — a small sample, so treat this as directional rather than conclusive. No AIC or MOH registration is recorded in available listing data, which limits full verification of clinical care services.
Families typically begin by carrying out a care assessment covering the elder's mobility, medical conditions, cognitive status, and daily living needs. From there, the key questions are the number of hours required per day or week, whether visit-based support or a live-in arrangement better suits the household, and who the primary decision-makers are in the family. It is worth clarifying upfront whether the service covers personal care (bathing, feeding, mobility assistance), medical care (wound dressing, medication administration), or companionship, as these require different caregiver qualifications. A short trial period helps confirm whether the caregiver and elder are a good match before committing to a longer arrangement.
To explore whether Caring Caregivers Singapore can meet your elder's specific needs, reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to arrange an initial care assessment.
Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
Thank you Caring Caregivers for proviiding good quality service helpers. The company has a good sytem of matching needs of employer and skills of helper. Helper is well trained to listen to instructions, understand safety issues, befriends elderly, perform household duties well, etc. The company keeps in touch with helper and employer to ensure both parties are happy and satisfied. Everything has been excellence in engaging this company for my 1st helper now the 2nd.
They are very helpful and listento our need, and help us look for the correct helper we need. Ad we have financial issues, they are willing to let us pay by instalments.
The quality of the helpers they provided was well screened and the process from start till end had been smooth, which is why we had gone back to caring caregivers for the second time 😄
We are clinical in what we wanted from the domestic helper and they delivered. We are happy with the helper.
I cannot recommend Caringcaregivers enough. If you’re looking for an agency to help you find a caregiver for a loved one, look no further. I’ve done extensive research and contacted more than 10 agencies but none were as professional, responsible and efficient as Michael from Caringcaregivers. Micheal gave very valuable advice and helped us find a well matched caregiver from Indonesia. Although she had never stepped foot in Singapore before, because of the comprehensive training she received from the agency, she was very well versed in both the caregiving requirements as well as the routines in Singapore. She had no problems taking bus and train in Singapore, navigating via Google maps, calling Grab or Gojek etc. She also knew how to go to supermarkets and pharmacies to buy things for my sick father, and even helps to buy Ensure milk via Lazada/shopee! She also knows how to check and change my father’s medical appointments via HealthHub. The training they receive in the agency’s Indonesia centre is so detailed that they tested the caregiver on bed and wheelchair transfer based on my father’s weight and sent videos over. The caregiver arrived skilled in NG tube feeding, diaper changing, medication feeding etc. Micheal continues to follow up on the caregiver to make sure that she settles in well, and we have a group chat so that he is kept up to date and can help us out with any problems. This kind of service is unparalleled and seriously hard to find. Most agencies just dump the caregiver on you and doesn’t help much after you pay the agency fees. 10/10 will use this agency again if I ever need another caregiver.

Eldercare pricing in Singapore varies depending on whether you need visit-based hourly care or a live-in arrangement. Hourly rates from home care agencies typically run S$20–35 per hour, with higher rates for trained nurses or cases requiring medical procedures. Live-in caregivers are usually engaged as foreign domestic workers, in which case the household pays the caregiver's monthly salary (commonly S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience) plus an agency placement fee. Additional costs to confirm include public holiday surcharges, overtime beyond agreed hours, and whether caregiver insurance is bundled or billed separately. Visit-based care suits elders who are largely independent but need help for a set number of hours per day — for example, morning personal care, meal preparation, or medication reminders. Live-in arrangements are more appropriate when the elder requires round-the-clock supervision, has advanced dementia, or has significant mobility or medical needs that make unsupervised periods unsafe. Confirm with Caring Caregivers Singapore which model they provide, the scope of tasks covered under each option, and whether a trial period is available before committing to a longer arrangement. A clear written care plan — specifying hours, tasks, and rates — helps prevent misunderstandings between the family and caregiver.
For visit-based home care, look for caregivers with formal training such as the WSQ Home Personal Care or WSQ Healthcare Support certificates. For cases involving dementia, ask specifically whether the caregiver has completed dementia care training. For clinical tasks such as tube feeding or wound care, a qualified nurse is required. No AIC or MOH registration is recorded in the current listing data for Caring Caregivers Singapore, so it is important to ask directly about the qualifications of the caregiver assigned to your case and whether the service carries insurance covering caregiver injury and incidents involving the client. Insist on this information in writing before care begins.
