My first time using this company's rug cleaning service; I appreciate the responsiveness and professional level of service provided by the service personnel throughout. The rug came back properly wrapped and I was able to inspect the cleaning of it. The overall service experience exceeded my expectations especially in a time when plenty of companies are unreliable and untrustworthy. Their response is relatively quick. They do not delay on the pick up or delay in the delivery. Infact they come earlier than the said time and are patiently willing to wait without sulking to deliver the rug. The rug was delivered wrapped with plastic. They wanted to open and put it back at the original place for me however I told them to leave it to me. They opened the rug and showed me the condition. I must say it's perfectly done. Restored back to it's original. Felt like new all over again. It's definitely worth the price. I am beyond satisfied with the service... I must also comment on the service guys, they are friendly, and being very respectful. They dint rush into anything. Thank you so much for the whole service.
