Recently, asked them to come and repair aircon. After repairing, aircon man went to check my other blowers and told me one of them is not functioning properly. The repair cost me about 300. Need to top up another 200 to repair the sensor. In the end, I paid around $500 in total. Still wondering if they are paid commission. The more repairs, the more commission they received and the company makes more money. How do we ensure that there is transparency that service providers will not anyhow quote you for repair that is unnecessary?
