11/4/25 Thank you for the clarification and will contact HDB and retract this review soon after. 5/4/25 10.25am Officers manning the office at Blk 804 Chai Chee Road are forgetful. 3/4/25 Called the office to ask about the painting of the door frame after installation of door was completed on 2/4/25, 12.45pm. The door worker said somebody would paint the frame. So I called the office to check the availability of time on Saturday, 5/4/25. The female officer said she would contact the workers to check and get back to me. Today, 5/4/25, I called and was told coldly by the officer that it was her colleague who had forgotten to make an arrangement. I was given a time which I was not free. I had to change it to another day. This is not the first time such an oversight has taken place.) In Feb 2025, we arranged for a water test to be done on 1/3/25 from 10am to 2pm, a timing given by the female officer. However, nobody turned up after my uncle had waited from 10am to 2pm as he was alone at home & did not know who to contact. When I called in to check on Monday, the officer was shocked that she had forgotten to arrange for it and sincerely apologised for the oversight. We had to look for another slot. Lapses in communication and oversights suggest a lack of proper recording of things to be done and we are being penalized by the tardiness of your workers.

I booked a cleaning appt from CBM to clean for my house on 26 OCT. To my shock, came two blangadesh workers, no experience and took 6 hrs to clean. Though I must say they were obliging on whatever they were told to do, but was really disappointing cos they practically used one cloth for all cleaning from furnitures, sofa, dining to kitchen. And when I saw the toilets were wet after washing, they used my toilet rolls to dry it when I asked to dry! Finally, when prompted further if they knew what to do, they told me they were the subcon that was tasked last minute by their supervisors and their main job are technician!! And there was no supervisor came to check after the cleaning was done. They used one kind of chemical to mop all the floor and it was so slippery that even my dogs fell when walking on it!? It is really super ridiculous! I tried to contact CBM via my app but no channel was even provided. Real disappointment to have spent $300 over for two technicians to clean the house!
