Home nursing typically begins with a care assessment covering the elder's mobility, medical diagnoses, medication requirements, and daily living needs. Family decision-makers are generally involved at this stage to align on hours required, whether visit-based or live-in support is appropriate, and the clinical scope expected of the nurse — wound care, catheter management, post-surgical monitoring, or general health observation, for example. CARe should be asked to clarify which clinical services its nurses are trained and equipped to deliver, and whether a trial period is available to assess carer-client fit before committing to a longer arrangement.
Reach CARe via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to arrange an initial care assessment and receive a quote tailored to the elder's specific needs.
Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
Very happy with the beautiful splint for my wrist injury made by Vincent. He was very efficient and ensured the fitting was comfortable for me. Also grateful for the constant and detailed follow-ups week by week for exercises to ensure my strengthening progress is steady. Thanks Vincent! 🤗

Zhong Li has been my physio to recover from knee operation, for the last year. In the beginning we would see each other once a week, first at home, later in my gym. The second half of the treatment, we would meet every 2 weeks. Nothing but praise and good words for Zhong Li. Patient, encouraging, good variety of activities, checking for feedback and knowledgeable. Also, realistic in recovery time process. Sessions would be over before you knew it. The finishing with massage gun was always a welcome treat. highly recommendable!
I would like to sincerely thank you, Mr Ong Zhong Li, for the care and support you provided both before and after my knee cap replacement. The pre-surgery sessions truly helped me build strength and confidence before going into the operation. After the surgery, you tailored rehab plan and helping me regain my mobility and confidence throughout my recovery. I am especially grateful for your patience, encouragement and effort in explaining every step clearly and adjusted the treatment as needed. Your expertise and dedication to your work have a meaningful impact on my recovery journey and I am now well on my way to recovery. I will definitely be recommending you and the clinic to anyone looking for excellent physiotherapy care. With Regards Winnie Koh
I’ve been seeing Soo Ming Yee at CARe for my ACL reconstruction rehab, and she’s been amazing from start to finish. She’s been with me since my first week after surgery in May 2024 all the way till my final session in October 2025. She’s super patient, kind, and really understands my goal of getting back to playing football. Every session was well planned, and she always made sure I was progressing safely and confidently. Couldn’t have asked for a better physio to guide me through this long journey. I also highly recommend CARe — I’ve seen how passionate the other therapists are too. They always carry themselves with professionalism, yet still manage to make every session light-hearted and enjoyable. Thanks, Ming Yee, and the whole CARe team!

CARe did not publish a specific hourly rate at the time of listing, so contact the centre directly for current pricing. As a reference point, home nursing in Singapore typically runs S$25–60 per hour for a registered or enrolled nurse on a visit basis, with live-in arrangements priced as a daily or monthly package. Agency coordination fees and public holiday surcharges are common additions — confirm these in writing before engaging. For budgeting, ask CARe to break down all line items: the nursing hourly rate, any agency or coordination fee, consumables such as dressings or catheters, public holiday premiums, and transport. CARe is listed under home nursing, which typically means visit-based care — a registered or enrolled nurse attends at scheduled intervals to perform clinical tasks such as wound dressing, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, or post-discharge follow-up. The number of visits per week and duration of each visit depends on the medical care plan. If round-the-clock or overnight coverage is required, this often involves coordinating multiple caregivers or supplementing home nursing with a trained live-in helper. Confirm with CARe which service models they offer, the minimum hours per visit, and their replacement policy if the assigned nurse is unavailable due to leave or illness.
For home nursing, the relevant credential is Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration — either Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN). Ask CARe to confirm whether the nurse assigned to your family member holds a current SNB licence, which is publicly verifiable on the SNB register. CARe does not currently list AIC or MOH registration in its public profile, so ask directly whether it operates under any AIC Home Care framework or MOH-regulated programme. Also confirm whether professional indemnity insurance and worker injury compensation are in place, as these protect both the client and the nurse in the event of a clinical incident or on-site injury. Insist on a written care plan and rate agreement before the first visit.
