About EloCare
EloCare is a home nursing provider serving clients islandwide from its office at 328 North Bridge Road. It is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered, and holds a 5/5 rating across 144 Google reviews — a robust sample that provides meaningful confidence in service consistency. Pricing is positioned at the mid-range ($$) on an hourly basis, in line with Singapore market norms for home nursing; contact EloCare directly for a precise quote based on the care required.
Engaging a home nursing provider typically begins with a care assessment to map the elder's mobility, medical conditions, and daily support needs. From there, families determine whether visit-based nursing — covering wound care, medication management, post-hospitalisation rehabilitation, or chronic disease monitoring — or a more intensive arrangement is appropriate. Key decision-makers in the family should be involved early, and it is worth clarifying which clinical tasks fall within the nurse's scope of practice versus what requires a GP or specialist referral. A trial period of one to two weeks is reasonable to confirm caregiver fit before committing to a longer arrangement.
To begin, contact EloCare by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing. Prepare a summary of the elder's current diagnoses, mobility level, and any recent hospital discharge notes — this will allow EloCare to recommend the right care frequency and nursing scope from the first conversation.
Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
5 stars! I really love this clinic. I’m from Germany and came here because I had a cold and needed a medical certificate. It was amazing to have a German-speaking doctor available. The staff are super friendly, even at reception. Highly recommend!
Dr Chiu was able to see me very quickly, offer me realistic and practical advice on a foot sprain, as well as quickly refer me for a boot fitting, so that I can salvage my vacation by being more mobile. He quickly judged the severity of my situation (low) and prescribed a situation that would limit damage, while allowing me to return to a reasonable amount of activity. Many Thanks!
International practice / clinic for general medical with several doctors. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Made appt thru whatsapp for flu vaccination. Prompt and quick response and sending documents to be filled online. Once arrived at the clinic, no drama. Was out in less than 10 mins!
As a health professional it is so important to me to have a GP surgery who I can trust and a GP who will be honest with me. I can honestly say that this is the best practice I have ever been part of. Each Dr that I have seen or met treats me as I would like to be treated. I feel seen and heard. There is no over referring and I feel looked after. I would particularly like to give a big shout out to Louise. Louise is the first person you see at the desk. She is bubbly, kind and compassionate. She deals with difficult patients with ease and she makes the best coffee 😉 From the front desk to the nurses and drs they really are a great team! No I’m not on commission with them. Just praise where praise is due. Thank you Osler🙏🏼

EloCare prices on an hourly basis at a mid-range ($$) rate. For Singapore home nursing, typical market rates run from S$25–45 per hour for basic personal care to S$60–120 per hour for registered nurse visits, depending on qualifications and the complexity of clinical tasks required. Additional costs to clarify include any agency coordination fee, public holiday or weekend surcharges, and whether consumables such as wound dressings or catheter supplies are billed separately. For live-in or extended daily arrangements, ask whether a daily or weekly package rate is available, as hourly billing can become expensive at higher care frequencies. EloCare's listing positions the service under home nursing, which typically means scheduled visit-based care rather than live-in arrangements. Visit-based nursing covers a defined scope — wound management, medication administration, post-surgical care, vital signs monitoring, and similar clinical tasks — delivered during scheduled sessions of one to a few hours. For families needing overnight or 24-hour presence, home nursing visits are often combined with a separate caregiver or foreign domestic worker arrangement. Confirm with EloCare whether they coordinate or refer for extended-hours coverage, and agree on a care plan in writing that specifies hours, tasks, frequency, and the replacement protocol if the assigned nurse is unavailable.
For home nursing, the attending professional should hold a nursing qualification registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) — either as an Enrolled Nurse (EN) or a Registered Nurse (RN). The scope of clinical tasks permitted differs between the two designations, so confirm the qualification level matches what the elder actually requires. EloCare's regulatory licences are not publicly listed on this profile, so it is advisable to ask directly whether the service is AIC-registered or MOH-enrolled for home care services, and to request proof of professional indemnity or public liability insurance covering caregiver injury and client incidents. Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
