I have also been a patient of lung doctor, Dr Pearly Koh. She's equally wonderful, caring, and a good listener. Your doctors had definitely made hospital visits easier, less stressful, and less judgemental. And their accompanying nurses deserve recognition as well, for their excellent service. Visited the CGH eye specialist. Doc said will issue MC. Wait for hours also no sms. I go back ask the counter. The counter staff said they not in charge. Tell me ask the doc. I go to the clinic but doc not there. I ask the counter staff again they said don't know cannot do anything. After taking the medicine I go back the counter and ask.Lucky there's a chinese staff help me and print out a manual copy. The doc said need to visit him again but there's no communication if require to book the next appointment?

SSMC scheduled my son appointment at 9.45AM and we have not yet called in by 11.15AM. The front desk staff said that the clinic is full today and they can't predict the consultation time for each patient. However to schedule this appointment: we filled out a form, stated all the symptoms and could submitted referral and documentations too. Assuming this is the process for all patients, the consultation time can be predicted and better managed.

Was very thankful to the Nurses, dispensary nurse and physiotherapist during my dad stay at hospital might be quite rude to some of them due to my dad condition at that period. still very thankful for the assistance given. also, a 5 star to the ambulance medic to receive my dad and send him to hospital in less than an hour time.

Clinic 2E . No registration counter in clinic; witnessed so many having to return to lift lobby to register. Clinic is so warm, not conducive for patients with eczema. Registered and arrived early at 1pm but Room 2 nurse was standoffish, insisted that I wait for my 2:45pm appointment. We are in CGH for 3 appointments, and I wish to see my consultant before my husband's appointment at 4A Cardio instead of stressing him to go to different clinics for our appointments.
