About Chi Longevity
Chi Longevity is a holistic wellness provider based at Camden Medical Centre on Orchard Boulevard, offering services islandwide. KakiList has verified their operating details and contact channels. They hold a 5/5 rating across 6 Google reviews — a very small sample, so this should be treated as directional only rather than a definitive quality signal.
Enquiring with Chi Longevity typically begins with an initial consultation to assess your current health status, lifestyle goals, and any specific conditions you wish to address. As a holistic provider, their approach is likely to consider physical, mental, and lifestyle factors together rather than in isolation. It is worth asking which modalities are offered, whether a first-session assessment is charged separately, what a typical recurring programme looks like, and what the cancellation or rescheduling policy is before committing to a package.
To take the next step, contact Chi Longevity directly by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing to arrange an initial consultation and confirm the scope of services available.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
My experience at Chi Longevity was nothing short of exceptional. There was a good balance between professionalism and having that interpersonal connection which I feel a lot of health-related settings are lacking. With the comprehensive tests - I was appalled to find out for someone living in Sunny Singapore, I was lacking in Vitamin D! With the guidance of my health coach Lisa and the senior dietitian, Denise, (coupled with whatever discipline I have) I've managed to improve my lifestyle - sleeping early, eating healthier. Love the tailored approach Chi Longevity has! Finally someone understands no 2 bodies are built the same.
I’ve known and worked with Dr Naras previously at the Iron suites and have continued to see him till now for my diet. Dr Naras is by far the best doctor I’ve ever known and worked. He has deep medical expertise, a dear friend, very composed, attention to detail, very compassionate bedside manner, very humble, an excellent doctor/dietician. Highly recommend! Chi longevity is very lucky to have him.
With my chronic fatigue, I've been struggling to optimise myself for almost 10 years through trial & error, and only guided by family GPs and what little trusted information I can gather from the web. Chi Longevity provides that long awaited specialised edge in this field of preventative health and optimisation. Finally there's a clinic where I can go for consults from specialists through (very rigorous) scientifically backed tests and prescribed drastic lifestyle changes. On top of their expertise and professionalism, their staff have been nothing but encouraging and gentle throughout my 12-month programme. Despite the brutal honesty and harsh realities of my test results, it opened my eyes to blind spots and areas of improvements. It hasn't been easy to adapt nor has it been kind to my pockets but has undoubtedly been a worthwhile investment. I've never been more aware of my health and body, and never felt better in my life.
When I reflect on the value I get from Chi Longevity versus annual medical check ups from my GP, it seems ludicrous that I didn't act earlier. Chi Longevity gives me a multi disciplinary health review that covers a wide range of contributing factors including nutrition, mental health, physical agility plus all of the usual insights from diagnostic tests. Dr Leong, with the different specialist Chi practitioners then considers all these factors 'as one' and applies the data to my personal circumstances and objectives to give me a holistic review of my health future. It's an outstanding service experience that's easy to act on and priceless in terms of outcomes.
I have just received my second Chi Longevity health review from Dr. Naras and Dr. Leong, supported by health coach and dietitian’s input. The data and information provided is extremely detailed and the results of optimizing my health are starting to show. Thank you Chi Longevity team for having my back and for helping me improving my sleep, reducing my resting heart rate and cholesterol and for bettering my VO2 max 🙏

Chi Longevity is listed at a mid-range price point ($$), but specific per-session or package pricing is not publicly disclosed. As a holistic wellness provider at Camden Medical Centre, rates will vary depending on the modality, session duration, and whether you are purchasing a single session or a multi-session package. A first-consultation fee may also apply and could differ from subsequent treatment sessions. It is worth asking upfront whether a package requires full payment in advance, what the no-show or late-cancellation policy is, and whether GST is included in quoted prices. For most holistic wellness providers, no formal GP referral is required to book an initial appointment. However, Chi Longevity is likely to conduct an intake assessment or consultation at your first visit to understand your health history, goals, and any contraindications relevant to the treatments offered. If you have a complex or chronic medical condition, bringing a summary from your GP or specialist can help the practitioner tailor their approach. For certain treatments, a GP referral may also support an insurance claim, so it is worth checking your policy beforehand if you intend to claim.
Chi Longevity has not listed specific regulatory licences on their KakiList profile. The applicable licensing body depends on the modalities practised — for example, physiotherapists and occupational therapists are registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), TCM practitioners with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB), and psychologists with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). Before booking, ask Chi Longevity directly which practitioners will be involved, their professional designations, and which regulatory board they are registered with. You can verify registration status on the relevant board's public register. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
If Chi Longevity isn't the right fit, these are other holistic providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
