Families considering Children's Cove Preschool are encouraged to enquire early about available slots for their intended start month, as places — particularly in the infant care rooms — can fill several months in advance. When you contact the centre, ask about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, the daily routine and curriculum framework, and the settling-in period approach, which helps younger children transition gradually into full-day attendance. It is also worth discussing ECDA subsidies at this stage, as Singapore citizen children may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy and, where applicable, the Additional Subsidy based on household income.

Children’s Cove offers early childhood education programmes that focus on holistic learning and development. The school provides a structured environment designed to support young learners during their early years.
My son attended this school for 11 months in 2025 and experienced six teacher changes during that time including four Chinese teachers and two English teachers in his class. The teacher turnover rate is extremely high, and the remaining teachers were forced to take on heavier workloads, which reflects poor school management. One Chinese teacher whom my son really liked was suddenly asked to leave without any proper explanation or transition period, which was upsetting for both the children and parents. In addition, 1-2 years old students were given excessive homework and constantly asked to bring various items to school two to three times a week, creating a heavy and unreasonable burden for parents. Despite the school’s promise during our campus visit that there were only two PN classes, it rapidly expanded to four classes, which further affected stability and quality. In addition, the food provided is of very low quality — children are often served only plain white porridge almost every day. Some parents have had to prepare lunch boxes so their children can eat better. My son frequently comes home asking for food even though he has just had lunch at school. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this school.
My daughter loves coming to school. She has the best teachers - zhao laoshi and teacher sulyn. They never fail to take their time to understand her, to love her and to teach her right from wrong.
The school highly value the project and teamwork. Children learns about integrity, teamwork and respect as they build their term project. Teachers are patience and nurturing. My childs are quite happy here.
Highly recommended preschool nested in nature. Children are not confined indoors, they get to explore, enjoy outdoor activities and learn about being environmentally friendly. The school admin team and teachers are excellent, everything is communicated through the school app - from parent involvement activities to weekly updates on learnings and photo updates.

Children's Cove Preschool is priced at the mid-range ($$) for Singapore childcare, though the exact monthly fee has not been published on this listing. You should contact the centre directly to confirm current rates for each age group, as fees typically differ between infant care, playgroup, nursery, and kindergarten levels. Beyond the monthly fee, ask about the one-time registration fee, the deposit (commonly equivalent to one to two months of fees), and any charges for uniforms or personal accident insurance. Childcare and kindergarten fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the figure quoted should be the figure you pay. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children attending a licensed childcare centre may qualify for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care and up to S$300 per month for childcare. Working mothers who clock 56 hours or more of work per month may additionally claim the Working Mother's Child Relief supplement. Families with lower household incomes can apply for the Additional Subsidy, which, combined with the Working Mother Subsidy, can bring total support to up to S$710 per month. For kindergarten programmes, the KiFAS (Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme) provides means-tested fee assistance. Permanent Resident children are eligible for partial subsidies at a reduced quantum. Subsidy amounts and income thresholds are updated periodically, so visit the ECDA website or speak to the centre's administrative team for the most current figures before enrolment.
Waitlists at Singapore childcare centres, especially for infant care, can be lengthy. It is advisable to enquire three to twelve months ahead of your intended start date. January is the primary intake month for the new academic year, making the preceding September to November period particularly competitive for securing a place. To register your interest, most centres require a completed application form along with a registration fee and, once a place is offered, a deposit to confirm enrolment. Contact Children's Cove Preschool directly via phone or the enquiry form on this page to check current availability and to understand the specific steps needed to secure your child's slot.
