Got their contact from my town council for electrical works. Mr Lau was prompt in reply to my enquiries and prices quoted were the most reasonable. 3 men came to replace my lights and they were very efficient and neat. 👍🏻

They provided and changed the wire (connector) and charged $10 for that plus $30 for labor and transport. I was fine with that. But then they charged an extra $20 for plugging in the 2 new light bulbs which we provided. That extra cost wasn't discussed up front and if I had known they would charge that much for a one-second job, I wouldn't let them do that. Such a rip off. Besides, the boss is very rude. Would be my first and last time with them.

2 Indian national was sent down by this company through town council. They are supposed to check the main electrical switch in the electrical riser located outside our unit. But without even opening the electrical riser, he told us to engage our own electrician and said he has already checked. How irresponsible. No service provided at all. Refused to provide his name despite me asking.

Had a power trip in my kitchen today and engaged Chin Siong Electrical Engineering to rectify the fault. 3 workers came and spend almost 1 hour to troubleshoot and rectify the fault. One of the conceal wires caused the problem. They bypass the concealed wiring and install another set of wire to overcome the problem. Good service and reasonable price
