Chinese Carpets is a verified home services provider in Singapore specialising in Flooring. Services offered include Flooring. They provide islandwide coverage across Singapore. Rated 3.1/5 based on 7 Google reviews.
The bulk of Chinese Carpets's bookings cover Flooring. Because this is a focused home services operation, most jobs are scoped over WhatsApp first — photos of the issue, property type, and preferred slot — before a price is quoted.
Chinese Carpets covers all of Singapore, which is useful if you live in a less-central estate or need a provider that can follow a recurring job to different addresses. The business is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed the operating details and contact channel. Google reviewers currently give Chinese Carpets an average of 3.1/5 across 7 reviews, which is a reasonable signal of consistency for a home services provider.
For a realistic quote from Chinese Carpets, send a brief description of the work on WhatsApp — include your area, property type, and when you'd like the job done. Because KakiList doesn't sit between you and the provider, quotes tend to come back quickly and without boilerplate upselling.
I had a chance to been to Oriental Carpet in Orchard Towers. Best handmade carpets I never seen before. Lot of choices and price is very reasonable. Very friendly staff and they are so patient and accommodating! Highly recommended.
I had a recent encounter with The Orientalist Carpets which was rather upsetting. Six years ago I purchased a lovely Persian carpet from them thus decided to engage their carpet cleaning services as well. I must say that I had positive experiences prior to this encounter (when Sayed was managing his customers himself). Late last month, I have requested for the same cleaning service and my carpet was collected as agreed alongside the underlay. We also liaise for the delivery to occur on a specific date but it was delivered 10 days earlier and without the underlay. I refused the delivery and wrote an email to the secretary to request for clarification. Outcome; the secretary sent me an invoice with an additional SGD361.20 for a new underlay. When I requested them to return my old underlay, they indicated that it was not collected before. They took no responsibility at all and charge their customers hefty fees for suboptimal customer service. Please consider engaging other carpet cleaning companies as they charge much lesser with better customer service.
