Honestly their policy is ridiculous. Sold defected items yet do not want to refund. And blame on our handling. When only 1 box is faulty. If our handling is the issue. More boxes will have the issue. Opened the box and all the ceiling board is broken. Called the boss Mrs Phua and got a scolding from her instead. I called her at 350pm. She tell me she no time to talk to me, she want to go home. Say she will call me back, next thing i know she just went back home. Not only that, still belittle our company for buying so little items yet we complained. Seriously if you can buy your materials from somewhere else please do. And do not give yourself this kind of problems.

Excellent service, at first, I felt intimidated entering their office but Mr Phua Jiayang, Assistant General Manager was very welcoming and informative, giving various choices and patiently explaining in detail about the bathroom partition I am DIY-ing. They mainly work with large firms and contractors and it was a surprise for them to cater to a DIY amateur carpenter like me, such a relief.

Recently bought some hardwares and false ceiling accessories from the company through the online "e-shop" site. Products condition and quality are good at a reasonable price (pricing is cheaper than other hardware shops). They are friendly and very responsive in replying enquiries. Transaction went smoothly without any problem and delivery is on time. Very convenient to purchase products online, highly recommended. Will be buying again in the future.

My WORST experience encounted with the SALES MANAGER named MS PHUA or MS CHUA. First I send an sms to the mobile phone to check stock and requested to deliver to site 2 days later. They told me to make the payment first, ask for address ASAP in order to allow them to make the necessary arrangement. After I have proceed with the payment, they called me on Thursday before the delivery and the admin girl who don't speak GOOD ENGLISH called me. She told me SHE UNABLE TO DO DELIVERY ON FRIDAY DUE TO SOME ISSUES. After clarify, the SALES MANAGER took over the phone and keep shouting. She say her admin girl who just joined the company ONLY 1 month and not knowing the procedure at all. Well, I accepted it but the most unacceptable is the SALES MANAGER keep telling me ok ok ok, ya ya ya.... I told her NO MATTER WHAT, YOU HAVE TO SETTLE FOR ME THE DELIVERY BY FRIDAY. SHE EVEN DARE TO SAY SHE WILL LOOK FOR LOGISTIC COMPANY JUST TO DELIVER MY GOODS. After 10 -20 min later, the SALES MANAGER called and told me she UNABLE TO DELIVER DUE TO NO STOCK!!!! We have a huge argument and I told her I would like to have the refund. Her replied is just entertained me by saying ok, ok, ok and HANG MY CALL. I called her again after she hang the call and guess what, the admin girl told me she have KNOCK OFF. I told her "WHAT". NOT EVEN SETTLED AND CAN JUST WENT HOME? EVEN THE ADMIN GIRL AND REPLIED MY BY SAYING.... ya la. 5.30pm already, not going home and do what? Their attitude/ their way of handling customers is totally unacceptable. But Thanks God, there is a lady name "SEE YING" called me the next day to settle my goods requested if not, ALL MY JOB STUCK JUST BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T CHECK PROPERLY THEIR IN-STOCK BALANCE.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Kept passing the phone from one person to another. Refused to take my calls. Staff could hardly communicate in English. If that's the way you respond to a customer enquiry, I can only wonder what your service is like after you've won my business. No thank you, I'll look for another company.
