Great 6stars service. Our family is deeply grateful to The Garden of Remembrance (GOR) for their excellent and compassionate service and support during the recent bereavement of our mum. The wake venue was serene, spacious and well lit with natural light coming in, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, providing a peaceful environment for family and friends to gather, pay their respects and also evening services. The GOR team was exceptionally efficient, yet very gentle, thoughtful, and sensitive to our emotions during such a difficult time. They guided us patiently and comprehensively through the wake venue selection, logistics etc for the wake, niche arrangements, urn selection and handled every detail with care and professionalism, which greatly eased our stress. Faith from GOR is truly amazing, supporting us all the way, even to coordinating the artwork and fabrication for the new niche plaque of our parents. Attended my uncle’s memorial service here at Hallelujah Hall today by Pastor Lee ( 李光庆牧师 ) from the Chapel of the Resurrection (Chinese Congregation). His sermon in Mandarin gave comfort and hope to all who attended, even to a nonbeliever like me. Staff from Serenity Casket were kind and helpful too. The place was well maintained, clean and peaceful. I felt much better after visiting the beautiful Garden of Remembrance, as I believe my uncle can finally rest in peace in the arms of the Lord.
