This is a long overdue review as my installation done more than 10 months ago. My old aircon (from another company) stopped working and I contacted Kenny to replace it. He came down on at least 2 occasions to inspect as my trunking were all concealed. The replacement is considered a complex job as it requires cutting up of the false ceiling to access trunking underneath. Prices quoted were reasonable considering the complexity. Kenny and his team did an excellent installation job and managed to patch back the false ceiling nicely. Now, more than 10 months later, the new air conditioner is still going strong without any issues.

Our heartfelt appreciation to Kenny and his team for their honesty, integrity and professionalism. I had them install/ replace two fan coil units, and both replacement re-conditioned units were in great condition. The technicians are punctual and professional, and the materials used (electrical cable, trunking, piping and insulation) are of good quality. Kenny (the boss) makes an effort to understand our requirements and circumstances before making his proposal and recommendations. We are happy that our existing A/C system has been given a brand new lease of life.

I engaged Citicool for A/C installation. The team arrived punctually on time and adopted a consultative approach before starting work. Pencil markings were drawn on the walls for us to visualize the ways trunkings will be run and how fan coils will be installed. Our main objective is to minimize the amount of visible trunking. Kenny and his team took time to understand our concerns, then proposed ways to address these concerns. I feel that this is very important in eliminating discrepancies and making sure the outcome is feasible, practical and also addressing homeowners' requirements. Workmanship was excellent and materials used were of high quality. Citicool is a company with several years of experience in the industry and would highly recommend Kenny and his team to homeowners looking for A/C installation, servicing or A/C purchase. They will be able to give the best customized advice base on the homeowners' needs and the layout of the apartment.

Finally found a trustworthy and skillful aircon servicing company, after so many years of suffering at the hands of dishonest vendors! Thumbs up to Kenny and his team of technicians, I’m really happy and satisfied with their level of service after each visit. Although their quotation is higher than average, that is because they do more whether for general cleaning or chemical wash. And most important, the servicing works! Highly recommended 👍🏻

This is an overdue review. I used their services on 2-3 occasions in 2020 during the CB and covid period. As I had pretty old aircons, Kenny and his team took the trouble to troubleshoot and source for replacement parts that brought 2 of my units back to life. Really appreciate the way the operated back then.
