TOTAL SCAM I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. They seem cheap and legit at first, but it’s all a trap. My mum saw their “cleaning service” ad on TikTok, filled in the form, and they contacted her to confirm dates. They asked for a deposit, but when she tried to pay, their site showed “card declined”, just like the other reviews mention. Then the guy on the phone told her to download an app and turn off her phone’s security settings. The moment she did, she lost access to her banking apps. Soon after, her entire bank account was wiped out. She tried uninstalling the app, but it kept coming back even after restarting the phone. When she texted them for help, they ignored her and then blocked her completely. THIS IS A WELL-PLANNED SCAM THAT TRICKS YOU WITH CHEAP OFFERS AND ROBS YOU BLIND. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND REPORT THEM IMMEDIATELY.

Edited to say: cannot give zero stars or else i would. This is a scam preying on the older generation like my friend so eveyone be careful! My friend saw an ad online for this company and decided to engage it. He was made to download an app and being older, he just click through everything. The app is not available on the play store and they had to download via a link. So when he is happily waiting for confirmation of services, he found out that all his bank accounts are EMPTY! They didn’t even leave them a cent?! Apparently the app leads you to download some malware that will mirror and record your screen and they got all the details! Now they are broke and can’t even get their money back immediately. Am writing this review so that others can be warned? And i saw the previous review which is very similar to this so they have been operating for some time?

I'll give 0 if possible. Extremely unprofessional! Made appointment for 2pm. No one turned up. Msged many times but no reply. Waited till 4pm plus no one turned up still. Cancelled my Sunday appointments end up wasted my time waiting. Tried downloading their app few days ago with the help of the customer service but had warning msgs from my anti virus app as unsafe application. Booking agent requested to remote access into my phone to adjust the settings for their online app booking. Had to turn off all privacy settings. This can allow them to access all data to my phone anytime without permission. Very suspicious. The exact experience as Arr Ann review.

I would give this a 0 star if that's possible. Tried to engage them and was SO responsive on the first day. They then asked me to make a deposit through a link which on the day itself, went through normally. But payment couldn't go through, THANK GOD. They continued chatting with me till 9pm just to get my business and I was genuinely touched. Even at night time. Wow. They said let's try to download their app and make the booking there instead. This is when everything starts to seem suspicious as hell. 1. I had to disable Google Play Store to download their apk. I've downloaded APK multiple times and never once I har to disable play store. Fine, stupid me, followed through. Downloaded the app and was walked through the entire settings and what not. Until one point, I had to give permission to the app to start screen recording or screen casting my screen whenever I use it. Which means, I had to allow them to see my passwords, my credit cards and all. At this point, I stopped and said, "Im not comfortable with this". He said he wasn't sure what happened and will check with his technicians. I said I rather much do the booking manually via WhatsApp at this point. Since it was late at night, he said he will update me when the payment links could go through. The next day came, I dropped them a text on both numbers they used to contact me. NO RESPONSE. 0 REPLIES. Fine, thought maybe they're busy. Today, I went to their website and clicked on the whatsapp icon which led me to another number. I tried starting the conversation with a simple enquire. I was left on read and ignored. Awhile later, received a response from the 2nd number they used to contact me. Look at the picture evidences for yourself. Their UEN registered company name isnt even City Cleaning. Idk how legit that is. Please DO NOT engage them at all cost. The price was super cheap at $15/2hrs during a promo price. Cleaners bringing their own materials. Ya, too good to be true. Check with any other cleaning services and you'll see for adhoc general cleaning jobs like this, homeowners are to provide materials. If cleaners were to bring their own materials, it is much more expensive and considered as professional cleaning services or deep clean. I was stupid enough to believed their advertisement on FB. But luckily I stopped in time.
