Saw good google reviews so decided to give them a try. First time engaging them to do chemical overhaul for my bedroom aircon (leaking) + normal condenser water flushing. Thanks to Chee and Muthu to do a thorough aircon cleaning. They were also friendly to give advice. Office staffs are also very responsive to your queries and good customer service support. This' very assuring for customers. You can always reach them via their office nos but they mainly communicate via Whatsapp which is easier to provide advice and whatever info you need. I like that they have a website with comprehensive/helpful info and pricings for various services 👍 Planning to engage them for regular servicing... etc. Hope they will be better than those i previous engaged; who sadly were quite slipshod (not thoroughly clean) in their aircon servicing and exorbitant charges without warranty 😔.
