Reliable. Responsive. Quality Reliable Being a well established brand, I engaged Classic with a tight timeline of 2 months starting from scratch to completion. Work was completed as planned with almost no delays. Responsive During the process and even after completion, both Serene and Chris were almost always available. Even When issues were raised post completion, they came within 1-2 day to ensure rectification. Workmanship Quality Everything from carpentry, painting to masonry. Every worker or contractor were masters of their craft. Even during post Reno defect rectification, the attention to detail was impressive. Service Quality Every tradesman I engaged with provided professional advice from their years of experience. Serene and Chris were especially helpful in helping us design our home from scratch and even accommodated multiple significant design changes mid way, with no impact to timeline. Overall Very pleased with our new home. Not the cheapest option out there in the market but a quality home finishing and worry free renovation process is definitely worth investing in. This is the second time we have engaged Classic for our home. We did our kitchen with them about 20years ago and we were very happy with their service and quality. Even after such a long time, the cabinets were in great condition. So when we received keys to our BTO, we decided to go with them again without looking at other ID companies. This time, we had John as our ID. John is meticulous and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with the progress and constant updates of our renovation and it’s so smooth sailing. So without searching much IDs, I went ahead to engage with Classic. Jasper is the designer for my renovation project. He listened carefully my requirements and understands my interest in culinary and the space constraints I had with my old kitchen and bathrooms. His professional expertise and experience in designing, colours and material selection aligns very much to my liking. During the project delivery, he and his team worked very closely with me.
