About Clean Care

About Clean Care

Clean Care is a part-time cleaning service operating islandwide across Singapore, listed on KakiList as verified and registered with ACRA. It holds a 4.7 out of 5 rating across 236 Google reviews, which represents a robust sample and provides a reliable indication of service quality. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range ($$) on an hourly basis, consistent with the market rate for licensed cleaning companies.

When booking with Clean Care, you can reach the team via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form. Before confirming a session, it is worth discussing your property type (HDB, condo, or landed), the scope of work (regular weekly or fortnightly cleaning, a one-off deep clean, post-renovation clean, or pre-move-in clean), the minimum hours required per visit, and whether equipment and supplies are provided or homeowner-supplied. If you are considering a foreign helper deployed through the company, note that under MOM rules, foreign part-time helpers must be deployed via a MOM-licensed cleaning company — direct hire of foreign freelancers is illegal and exposes the homeowner to significant penalties. Confirm the company's licensing status for any foreign-helper deployment before proceeding.

To get started, contact Clean Care via WhatsApp or phone to describe your property size, preferred schedule, and cleaning requirements, and request a written quote confirming the hourly rate, minimum session length, and any applicable surcharges before your first booking.

Recently sent my baby stroller for deep cleaning? The overall process was fuss free and smooth, enquired > paid > collected > washed and returned within a week. The stroller came back smelling nice and clean! Definitely recommend and will engage their service again

Terrible experience. The technicians showed up and claimed that they couldn’t do the job because the machine couldn’t reach the stains despite the fact that photos showing location of the stains were sent before confirming the job. We asked them how can we solve this situation perhaps put the machine on a ladder or chair and they just couldn’t care less and rudely said “you will just blame us if the machine falls” when all my assistant and I were trying to help them make the job work. Not only did they just stand around and not do anything, we were made to feel that their inability to do the job was our fault, and the main technician was responding to us in a very rude and disrespectful manner that included contemptuous sneers. My assistant, my helper, and myself felt very offended and hurt. The feeling of being mistreated in the sanctity of my own home was mind-boggling and upsetting. We asked the technicians to leave as it was getting to a point of ridiculousness with them literally standing around doing nothing. My assistant reached out to the office explaining the situation and asked why the technicians were sent to our home without the appropriate cleaning tools, and the office replied with no explanation and just simply said “we don’t understand what is the fuss and we will skip this job”. This was a really stressful and upsetting experience and it happened in my own home. Updated response to business’s reply below: 1. Still didn’t explain why technician came with a machine that could not do the work despite photos sent on the location and description of job. Didn’t explain why when the machine could not work that somehow gave the technicians the right to be rude to us and make it our fault. JFYI, to minimise time spent here, we pre-protected everything before the technicians showed up. My assistant had sent you the pictures. 2. The first time took a long time out of our day as well because the technicians did not want to move the sofa out of the way so we tried to help by covering the nearby furniture to protect them from any spillage. Our floor is white European marble that is prone to stain and scratches so we put floor protection for the machine to be put on to ensure no one will be liable for any damages. And this is unreasonable? Would you have preferred that the machine damaged the floor and we seek damages? Then the technicians themselves asked us to cover the power point and gold trimmings on the wall because they said the water and solution would damage it. They also told me that the cleaning may leave water stains whereas the WhatsApp msgs from the office had said they wouldn’t. As a result of this contradiction, I said let’s do one small stain as a sample, and after communicating with the office, the technicians agreed for a fee of 100 dollars, which I gladly took on to bridge a discrepancy between the office and the technician. 3. The one star is for an incomplete job, not a bombardment, because apparently “the machine could not reach” despite clear communication on the stain locations with pictures. Surely for each job you would ensure the appropriate tools will be brought? When we tried to help by offering to put the machine on the flat top of a step ladder or chair, the response from the technicians were an accusative “no” and without any intention of trying to complete a job. JFYI the machine could have been easily held onto by one of the two technicians to ensure it didn’t fall since only one person is required to operate the machine.

Thank you Clean Care for the great service. From the first enquiry to booking, everything was smooth. Special shoutout to Jumaat who came to clean the sofa - he was on time, polite and did a great job. The sofa looks so much better and fresher now. Really happy with the whole experience and would definitely continue to use and recommend their service.

Absolutely amazing service, A++++! I compared three other companies, and Clean Care Living offered the most reasonable price. They came the next day and made the upholstery on my secondhand chairs shine. Now they look so fresh and new! The gentleman worked with great care and a smile. We’re so happy we found them. Thank you so much for the kind and honest service you provide!

Absolutely amazing service from Rina at Clean Care Living Pte. Ltd.! I booked a 5-hour deep cleaning service at very short notice after my unit completed minor renovation work (painting) just the day before. Despite the short notice, Rina arrived on time and worked diligently for almost five hours non-stop. She completed all the key tasks I highlighted with excellent and very satisfactory results. Thank you so much for your help — I’ll definitely be engaging Clean Care Living again and will be placing more cleaning service orders in the near future.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Clean Care charge per session?

Clean Care prices on an hourly basis, which is standard for part-time cleaning services in Singapore. Licensed companies typically charge S$18–25 per hour with a minimum of 3–4 hours per visit. One-off deep cleans generally run S$150–800 depending on property size, post-renovation cleans S$350–1,800, and pre-move-in cleans S$400–2,500. Confirm whether equipment and cleaning supplies are included in the rate or homeowner-provided, and ask for a written fixed quote for one-off jobs rather than relying solely on the hourly estimate. Rates may also vary by property type and the scope of work requested. See the full part-time helper cost guide for Singapore →

Is it legal to hire a foreign part-time helper through Clean Care?

Foreign part-time helpers must be deployed via a MOM-licensed cleaning company — direct hire from Carousell, Facebook, or WhatsApp groups is illegal under MOM rules. The penalty for engaging an unlicensed foreign freelancer is a fine of S$5,000–10,000 and a two-year ban on hiring any domestic helpers, and this liability falls on the homeowner, not the cleaner. Before booking any foreign helper through Clean Care or any other company, confirm that the deploying company holds the relevant MOM cleaning business licence. Singaporean and PR helpers can be hired directly without these constraints, and no such licence requirement applies in those cases. If you are uncertain about Clean Care's licensing status for foreign-helper deployment, ask directly and request the licence number in writing before confirming the booking.

What insurance and substitute policy does Clean Care offer?

Public liability insurance — typically a minimum of S$500,000 coverage — is standard among established part-time cleaning companies and covers damage to property or items during a session. Ask Clean Care for the policy number in writing so you can confirm the scope and coverage limit before your first visit. For substitute arrangements, a reputable company will send a trained replacement helper within 24 hours if your regular cleaner is unavailable due to illness or leave, rather than cancelling at short notice. It is also worth confirming whether Clean Care operates on a regular-helper model (the same person assigned each visit) or a booking-pool model (different helpers each time), as consistency generally supports better quality and trust over a recurring schedule.
