About Cleaning Ninja SG

About Cleaning Ninja SG

Cleaning Ninja SG is a part-time cleaning service operating islandwide across Singapore, listed under the Part-time Helper category. The provider has been verified by KakiList, meaning a real person confirmed operating details and contact information. It holds a 4/5 rating across 67 Google reviews, a moderate sample that gives reasonable directional confidence. Pricing is indicated at a mid-range ($$) hourly rate, though a specific per-hour figure was not provided; prospective clients should confirm the exact rate and minimum hours before booking.

When enquiring, share the property type (HDB, condo, or landed), approximate floor area, and the scope of cleaning required — standard recurring housekeeping, a one-off deep clean, post-renovation clean, or pre-move-in clean. Confirm whether the session rate covers equipment and cleaning supplies or whether you are expected to provide these. Ask specifically whether helpers deployed are Singaporean or PR, or whether they are foreign workers deployed via a MOM-licensed cleaning company — this distinction matters legally. Also clarify the minimum hours per session, the substitute policy should your regular helper be unavailable, and whether public liability insurance is in place to cover accidental damage during a session.

To get started, reach out to Cleaning Ninja SG via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form, describe your property and cleaning requirements, and ask for a confirmed hourly rate, minimum session duration, and written confirmation of the helper's legal work status before booking.

Hired Cleaning Ninja for end-of-tenancy clean and they did an amazing job. Every surface spotless, even the oven and grout lines sparkling. Team was polite, efficient, and finished faster than expected. No shortcuts, very thorough one. House handed over perfect, landlord happy too. Will book them again for sure!

Our condo's common gym was looking grimy. The management hired Cleaning Ninja for a one-off deep sanitisation. They cleaned every machine, weight, and mat thoroughly. The residents have been complimenting how fresh and clean it feels ever since.

This is the first time engaging cleaning ninja service. I’m quite surprised it’s a really young Indian lady as cleaner. As I engaged cleaners before from Helpling and Urban Cleaning, the cleanliness standard is definitely inadequate. And that explains the price. Spring cleaning priced at $150/6 hrs one cleaner. 2 stars for the standard, another for price and quick responses. 1) My kitchen stick on tile to prevent oil, the outer layer was damaged. So it’s like patches here and there. 2) My clip on extended table was damaged. Wood pcs fell out. Probably used force resulting the wood piece came off from the metal clips. 3) Left dirty cloth on our sleeping pillow…omgosh 4) Toilet cleaning standard is not even pass. I can differentiate very well if it’s scrubbed properly. Although she worked overtime for additional 10-15 mins, my in law helped a lot over the entire cleaning session. So ya, imo the cleaning standard is just meh. I’m not really expert myself but pretty sure I clean better than her…Especially toilet. Will definitely opt to pay more next year for professional cleaners.

Cleaning Ninja handled our end-of-tenancy clean. The landlord did a white-glove inspection and found zero issues-we got our full deposit back. They were meticulous, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, removing limescale and grout stains we thought were permanent. Highly recommended for move-out cleans.

The team at Cleaning Ninja did a fantastic deep clean for my move-out. They were thorough, efficient, and tackled areas I hadn't cleaned in years. Very reliable service.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Cleaning Ninja SG charge per session?

Cleaning Ninja SG uses an hourly pricing model, though a specific rate was not published at the time of listing. Typical rates from licensed part-time cleaning companies in Singapore run S$18–25 per hour, with a standard minimum of 3–4 hours per visit. One-off deep cleans generally run S$150–800 depending on property size; post-renovation cleans S$350–1,800; and pre-move-in cleans S$400–2,500. Confirm whether equipment and supplies are included in the rate or homeowner-provided, and ask whether a fixed quote is available for one-off jobs rather than a purely hourly arrangement. Get the full session cost in writing before confirming any booking. See the full part-time helper cost guide for Singapore →

Is it legal to hire a foreign part-time helper through Cleaning Ninja SG?

Foreign part-time helpers must be deployed via a MOM-licensed cleaning company — direct hire through Carousell, Facebook, or WhatsApp groups is illegal under MOM rules. The penalty for the homeowner is a S$5,000–10,000 fine plus a two-year ban on hiring any domestic helpers. Importantly, this liability falls on the homeowner, not the cleaner. Cleaning Ninja SG does not currently list a MOM cleaning business licence in its verified details. If any helpers deployed are foreign nationals, you should request written confirmation of the company's MOM licence before proceeding. Singaporean and PR helpers can be hired directly without these constraints, so confirm the helper's status at the point of enquiry.

What insurance and substitute policy does Cleaning Ninja SG offer?

Public liability insurance — typically S$500,000 minimum — covers accidental damage to your property or belongings during a cleaning session. Ask Cleaning Ninja SG for the policy number or a written confirmation of coverage before your first booking, as this is a standard offering from reputable companies and a reasonable thing to request. On substitute cover, confirm whether Cleaning Ninja SG assigns the same helper for each recurring visit (regular-helper model) or draws from a booking pool. If your regular helper is unavailable due to illness or leave, ask how much notice you receive and whether a trained substitute is sent within 24 hours. Consistency matters for trust and quality, particularly for recurring bookings.
