About Cleantric Solutions
Cleantric Solutions offers part-time cleaning services across Singapore, operating from its Sin Ming Lane premises. The listing has been verified by KakiList, though no ACRA registration has been confirmed. Its Google rating stands at 3.3 out of 5 across 10 reviews — a small sample that should be treated as directional only.
Engaging a part-time helper through Cleantric Solutions follows the standard hourly model, with sessions typically subject to a minimum booking of three to four hours. Whether you need a regular weekly clean for an HDB flat or condo, a one-off tidy-up, or a more thorough deep clean, it is worth confirming upfront whether equipment and cleaning supplies are provided or whether you are expected to supply them. As Cleantric Solutions deploys helpers on an hourly basis, prospective clients should also ask directly whether the helpers are Singaporean or permanent residents — in which case direct hire is straightforward — or foreign nationals, in which case they must be deployed via a MOM-licensed cleaning company. Hiring a foreign part-time helper directly (for example, through social media or messaging apps) is illegal under MOM rules and exposes the homeowner to a fine of up to S$10,000 and a two-year ban on hiring domestic helpers. Confirm the company's MOM licensing status before booking. Also ask about public liability insurance, substitute arrangements if your regular helper is unavailable, and whether the same helper is assigned each visit.
To get started, reach out to Cleantric Solutions via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form with your property type, preferred schedule, and the type of clean required, then confirm the hourly rate, minimum booking duration, and any applicable terms in writing before the first visit.
If the helper is foreign, confirm the company's MOM cleaning business licence before booking — the penalty for hiring an unlicensed foreign freelancer lands on you, not them.
Poor quality of work left with utter disappointment. I engaged the services of Casa by Cleantrics cleaning company for a post-renovation cleaning, and unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a disappointment. Despite their assurances of a thorough job, the cleaning they provided fell far short of my expectations. Dust was still prominently present on the floors they claimed to have cleaned, and several areas, including the balcony door and kitchen sink, were neglected and not properly addressed. I used my black face mask to wipe the floor to show them how dusty the floor. To exacerbate the situation, the vinyl floor, a focal point of the cleaning, remained very dusty. I momentarily sat on the floor and my black pants was full of dust. This left me feeling extremely unhappy with the overall outcome. Attempting to address my concerns, I reached out to the company via messages and calls, but to my dismay, there was no response. Concerned about the impending move with my furniture, I sought assistance through their urgent number, only to be met with continued silence. The situation escalated to the point where I had to escalate my complaint to CASE (Consumer Association of Singapore). Only after this intervention did I receive a response from the cleaning company. Their explanation that a colleague was overseas with limited internet connectivity was not only frustrating but also unacceptable, especially considering the urgency of my situation with movers scheduled for the next day. The lack of communication and responsiveness on their part turned what should have been a routine post-renovation cleaning service into a total nightmare. I found myself frantically searching for an alternative cleaning company to ensure my living space was in an acceptable condition before the scheduled move. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated with the level of service provided by this cleaning company. Compounding the situation, the mistake I made was placing trust in this cleaning company and making a full payment without thoroughly checking their work. Regrettably, they insinuated that the onus was on me for not inspecting their cleaning properly before settling the payment. This blame-shifting attitude only added insult to injury, as it implied that my dissatisfaction was somehow my own fault. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of accountability, especially when I relied on their professionalism and integrity. This entire experience has underscored the importance of due diligence in service engagements, but it is equally disappointing when a company fails to meet the basic standards expected and then shifts blame onto the customer.
Engaged their service and Lily did a clean and great job. She was meticulous when she was cleaning my place and Aidah is quick in replying my queries and helping me to arrange Lily to come down. thumbs up!
Meticulous and professional cleaning services! Love that they provide their own cleaning solutions and equipments too! Save me the hassle to explain. They can just get on with their work without much supervision.
Absolutely terrible service. They came and cleaned twice and thereafter the premises was still dirty. Lazy staff who failed to see and acknowledge the problems, will not be recommending. In fact avoid this company like the plague. The move in clean was even dirtier than it’s original state.

Cleantric Solutions uses an hourly pricing model. Licensed part-time cleaning companies in Singapore typically charge S$18–25 per hour, with a minimum booking of three to four hours per visit — so a standard session starts at roughly S$54–100 before any add-ons. One-off deep cleans generally run S$150–800 depending on property size, post-renovation cleans S$350–1,800, and pre-move-in cleans S$400–2,500. Confirm whether cleaning equipment and supplies are included or homeowner-provided, and ask whether a fixed quote is available for larger one-off jobs rather than a pure hourly rate. Foreign part-time helpers must be deployed via a MOM-licensed cleaning company — direct hire from Carousell, Facebook groups, or WhatsApp is illegal under MOM rules. The penalty for the homeowner is a fine of S$5,000–10,000 plus a two-year ban on hiring any domestic helpers; the liability sits with you, not the cleaner. Before booking with Cleantric Solutions, confirm whether the company holds the relevant MOM cleaning business licence for deploying foreign helpers, and ask for the licence number. Singaporean and permanent resident helpers can be hired directly without these constraints, so it is also worth clarifying the nationality of the helpers assigned to your property. If you are unable to confirm the licensing status, contact Cleantric Solutions directly before making any payment.
Public liability insurance — a minimum of S$500,000 is the standard for licensed cleaning companies — covers accidental damage to your property or belongings during a session. Ask Cleantric Solutions for the policy number and insurer in writing before the first visit. A substitute policy is equally important: helpers occasionally fall ill or take leave, and a reliable company will send a trained substitute within 24 hours rather than leaving a booking uncovered. Confirm this arrangement in advance. Finally, clarify whether the same helper is assigned to each visit (regular-helper model) or whether different helpers rotate in (booking-pool model). Consistency in who enters your home matters for both security and cleaning quality.
