It was my first time engaging a deep cleaning service for my 4-room unit, especially for hard-to-reach areas such as window grills, top wall tiles, and cabinets. Iβm glad to say they did not disappoint. They came well-prepared with a team of dedicated, hardworking, and committed crew members, along with special equipment such as industrial vacuum cleaners and disinfecting tools. This made the whole process smooth and hassle-free for me. Kudos to Zixing for his excellent leadership and attitude. He never said no when I highlighted missed spots or debris. Not only did he delegate tasks effectively, but he also personally joined in the cleaning. He kept me updated on the progress and made sure to show me the results after everything was completed. Special thanks to the rest of the crew as well. Even though the cleaning hours were extended, they remained cheerful, obliging, and responsive to my feedback, taking immediate action whenever needed. Andrew did explained how they work and free inspection before provide a quote to me. After talked to Andrew, he explained why the mould appears, how to maintain after mould removal, and a discount given, prices are reasonable! Now my house looks new and brighter!

CleanNow did a very good job removing the mould in my house. Requested to do for 2 toilets, service yard and master bedroom. A big team came and they finished the job in 3hours. Mould removal without painting. They cleaned up after the service.

A team of 4 professional cleaners + 1 supervisor came to do the Post-Reno cleaning for my resale condo. After a brief discussion with the supervisor, they started to work in no time to clean the targeted areas as well as cleaning the cabinets and washing the toilets. Used vacuum machine to suck the dust on the walls and floors. Even the supervisor got into the work using the another heavy duty machine to mop the floor and another colleague to dry the floor. I greatly commend the Supervisor for his customer-centric service.
