I planned and hosted an enjoyable group lunch at COMO Cuisine showcasing the Shambhala inspired menu as healthy, delicious and beautifully plated. The bright and cheerful dining room set the perfect tone, as Ms. Norrylyn Palma and team delivered attentive service without being intrusive. My group especially liked the added focaccia bread from Cedric Grolet bakery too. Ms. Subaa V delivered an impactful presentation about COMO brand and Ms. Kimberly Chua and spa team did a good job too. I feel COMO is a lovely and versatile lifestyle brand and I look forward to future collaborations together in and around Singapore.

I had a great experience doing Core Barre here for the first time. Fhe is an energetic and encouraging instructor who made the class comfortable for a newbie like me. Aiu at the concierge was very attentive and helpful as well.

Was there to purchase a Christmas gift on 21st Nov, 615pm. 0 customer service and no acknowledgement upon arrival. Since there was no service, we walked up with an empty box of diffuser reed and requested for a new stock. Staff asked “where did you take it from”. Would have been much nicer if it sounded like an offer to help. + space is quite small to be honest. Upon check out, we were asked if we are members and we replied “No”. However, staff proceeded to ask for mobile number and reply “oh, you are not a member” We were there for a just 10 mins and felt that the staff is very oblivious for the entire time. Bad standard and unfortunately, will be my last purchase.

There’s only one word to describe the service (or lack of service) - AWFUL!!!! First time booking for a massage. Upon arrival I was informed my booking was given away to someone else as I didn’t confirm which was a blatant lie despite after showing the WhatsApp confirmation. No apology no service. Think twice before visiting!!!
