From there, the practitioner will outline a recommended approach — whether a single session to assess fit or a recurring package tailored to longer-term wellbeing goals. It is worth confirming in advance whether the modalities offered (such as integrative, functional, or complementary therapies common to holistic practices) align with your specific needs, and asking about the cancellation and rescheduling policy before committing to a package.

To take the next step, reach out to Complete Healthcare International via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to book a first consultation and confirm the scope of services available for your situation.

Was looking around for multiple second opinions with regard to a certain marker I had which immediately prompted all my doctors/specialists to get me to go on lifelong medication. Dr Colin was the first doctor which looked at all my biomarkers holistically (instead of looking at specific general ones in isolation which all my previous doctors did) before coming to any conclusions. Each session was extremely detailed and educational and he was the only doctor who was able to explain every single number on my reports, answered all my questions and addressed all my health concerns based on my specific phenotype. Sara and the team were very kind and accommodating and I've never seen such level of detail and care in any practice before. I am extremely grateful that I've found this clinic.

The doctor was incredibly detailed and kind during the consultation. However, she was ultimately unable to identify the cause of my condition and mentioned that sometimes people faint without a clear reason, which left me feeling uncertain. Unfortunately, my experience with the clinic staff was disappointing. The nurses appeared nonchalant, and I felt a lack of urgency and sensitivity, especially knowing that I was anxious about my test results. I had to call the clinic twice to follow up before receiving them. On the day of my review appointment with the doctor, I waited more than 20 minutes past my scheduled time. When I checked with the receptionist, I was told I was “next,” yet after they finally checked properly, I was asked to go in immediately as there were no other patients waiting to see the doctor. I also observed what felt like a difference in how staff interacted with patients — they appeared more friendly and courteous toward Caucasian patients, while seeming noticeably less attentive toward others. This made the overall experience uncomfortable and disappointing.

I got the name of the clinic from our insurance. I contacted them more than 2 weeks before and asked for a direct billing to avoid the long procedure of submitting papers for claim. SURPRISINGLY, just when I come for my appointment, they inform me that I have to write in a paper my credit card references in case of billing rejection???!!!!... Just that!!! Or no direct billing !!!. In any moment this procedure has been shared before, despite I contacted them several times to be sure they contacted my insurance. THEY made me waste my time, I left and I won't recommend this place. So NON professional.

I had a great experience at CHI Clinic during my two years in Singapore, and I highly recommend it, especially for expats. Dr. Colin and his team – Sara, Lynn, and Yasmeen – took excellent care of me. From the start, I felt comfortable with their professionalism and how they truly cared about my health. As an expat, it can be hard to find a good doctor, but CHI Clinic made everything easy. Dr. Colin took time to understand my medical needs and always answered my questions. The clinic is welcoming, and the staff – Sara, Lynn, and Yasmeen – were always friendly and helpful. Whether for regular check-ups or other treatments, I always felt well taken care of. A big thank you to CHI Clinic for all the great care I would definitely recommend CHI Clinic to anyone looking for good healthcare in Singapore.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Complete Healthcare International charge per session?

Specific session fees for Complete Healthcare International were not publicly listed at the time of this entry. As a mid-to-upper-range holistic wellness provider at Orchard Road, per-session rates for holistic consultations in Singapore typically run from S$80 to S$250 or more, depending on the modality, duration, and whether a first-consultation assessment is included. Package pricing — covering a block of sessions — is common and usually works out at a lower per-session rate than one-off bookings. Before committing, confirm the first-session fee, whether an intake or assessment appointment is charged separately, and the no-show and late-cancellation policy. Ask whether any package fees are refundable if you do not complete the full course. See the full holistic wellness cost guide for Singapore →

Do I need a referral or assessment first?

Holistic wellness providers typically do not require a formal GP referral to book an initial consultation, though bringing any relevant medical records, test results, or specialist reports will help the practitioner understand your health background and tailor the session appropriately. Expect a first-visit intake process — either a written form or a verbal consultation — covering your health history, current concerns, medications, and goals. Some conditions (such as cardiovascular issues, pregnancy, or post-surgical recovery) may affect which therapies are suitable or require medical clearance first. If you intend to claim the cost through an insurance policy, a GP referral letter may be required by your insurer even if the clinic does not mandate one. Contact Complete Healthcare International directly to confirm the first-visit format and what to bring.

Is the practitioner licensed?

Regulatory requirements for holistic wellness practitioners in Singapore vary significantly by modality. Physiotherapists and occupational therapists must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC); TCM practitioners with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB); medical doctors with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC); and psychologists with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) register, though psychology is not yet statutorily licensed in Singapore. Holistic or integrative practitioners offering services outside these regulated categories are not subject to a single statutory licence. No regulatory licences were listed for Complete Healthcare International at the time of this entry. It is important to ask the specific practitioner you will be seeing for their individual credentials, training background, and any professional board registrations before treatment begins. Verify any stated registration directly on the relevant board's public register. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
