I signed a one-year contract with this company for air conditioner cleaning. They came properly for the first visit, and since they said the air conditioner was very dirty, I agreed to a chemical overhaul. However, three months later, I did not receive any contact from them. I signed up on the condition that they would definitely send reminders, but no one contacted me. When I tried to reach them myself, I found that their phone number had changed. I managed to contact them again through Google and asked about the situation. They told me that their phone number had changed and that they had lost their existing customer information, so they were unable to contact me. I found this explanation hard to believe, but I went ahead and made another appointment for cleaning. When they came again, they once more claimed that the air conditioner was too dirty and required another chemical overhaul. I asked why, since it had already been done last time, but they simply said it was dirty. I understand that it was somewhat dirtier than usual because the cleaning schedule was slightly delayed. However, a chemical overhaul is expensive, and in this case the delay was their fault, so it did not seem reasonable. Reluctantly, I agreed to the chemical overhaul again, but then the technician contacted me and said that such a procedure was not necessary. Most of the communication was handled through my wife, who does not speak English well, and through phone calls with their operator. Their explanations were inconsistent, and it felt as though they were trying to push the chemical overhaul unnecessarily. Once this contract ends, I will never use their services again. The technician was reasonable, but the operator’s English was poor and extremely rude.

Cool Care is the worst aircon servicing that I have ever came across. Initially, they came and did a good maintenance job but remained difficult to secure a schedule for subsequent maintenance if you signed a contract with them. Even though they use the Whatsapp, they will take a long time...sometime days later to reply, and they will tell you that their appointment is very long and they can only set the appointment much later, even if you have an urgent case. Technically, they are also really bad...I had a aircon that is not cold after maintenance and they wrongly diagnosed a gas leak and recommended to do a piping bypass. After this major works, the problem persists, and they do not even give priority to solve the problem even after a week. They would not even accede to my request to come down to top up the gas as a stop gap solution while trying to troubleshoot the actual issue. I am now in the midst of getting another more reputable and reliable company to come and solve the issue for me as I have totally lost confidence in Cool Care. I will also be seeking to cancel my maintenance contract with them and get a refund, since I do not think that they have the resources to fulfill the remaining contract. Use Cool Care at your own risks!
