Very unprofessional. The technician never come. They confirmed 3 days in advanced about our appointment and allocated between 2-4pm period. My wife and I moved our furnitures to give space for checking of aircon. But they never show up. Wasted our time and effort

Great professional services. We've had bad experiences with professional cleaners and aircon specialists before, so we were naturally wary about this at first. Fortunately, after our third try, we found the professional partner for our home (and even our home office). You can readily sense that they have been doing this for years because of their efficient system, from booking to dispatching. Their aircon specialists are also skilled and I heard from one of the specialists that they are required to renew their license annually. Great thanks and great job!

Engaged their service for my aircon breakdown in Aug 21. Technician came for assessment and said that my CU power board relay is faulty but no spare parts to replace on the spot so will check and get back. After 3 days still no reply, totally dont care. Call the hotline no and got the reply that they will check again. Wait another 2 days and yet no reply. After whatapps to complain their bad customer service, just reply with a quotation of $1260 repair cost and full stop, nothing else mentioned. I think it is the worst service ever engaged. Will never want to have another dealing with this company. Wonder how the previous rating is rated.
