The crews came on time, they were polite and friendly. Upon checking my aircon units, they say it require chemical washing instead of the regular servicing. So far the aircon units are working well and fine, hope it maintains this quality. Will continue monitor and update soon for quality.

Found them on Carousell operating by the name of Airnovate. I just needed to do my quarterly aircon servicing and they didn’t such a sloppy job. I actually checked my CCTV and they were only in my place for 13 mins to clean 2 aircon. Before that, even before looking at my aircons, they just asked why I am not going for a chemical wash without even assessing if I need it On top of that, my fan became noisy. There is no reply from them after telling that they didn’t do a good job along with the picture that is in this review. I had to call another company to deal with that

Shabby & unprofessional service. See pictures. What you get for $18 general servicing - fan coil still thick of dust and dirt stains all over. Total waste of time!

Totally not recommended !!! This company also goes by the name Airnovate or Airnnovate Solutions Aircon Svc. Got them thru Carousel!!! Paid them package on first session after that poor response to follow up issue! First visit one of the techs even asked my helper if she had a boyfriend which I didn’t know about till a couple of weeks after. 2nd incident they actually svc the aircon at my shop . Made a complaint on both incidents n TOTALLY NO FOLLOW UP!!!!!!Techs were super RUDE!!! These pple r totally unreliable ! I feel like I got scammed !

Faulty air conditioners that were unable to chill the rooms to desired temperature were reported to the company, servicing crew were sent and claimed to have resolve the faults. This cycle repeated a few times until the company proposed an overhaul that is quite expensive. On top of the faults, the company offers a contract that services the air conditioners quarterly and charges per unit serviced. It is greatly disappointing that the servicing that was suppose to detect and mitigate these faults were inutile. I believe the company's primary source of business is from commercial projects, whereas residential contracts is a tiny fraction of its revenue which perhaps explains the effort. Highly unrecommended.
