Contacted Coolman for the installation of a System 4 Aircon (Daikin) for my BTO flat pre-renovation. They were very prompt with responding to my inquiry on WhatsApp and suggesting a time to come down to my unit for complimentary site visit and planning. The site visit occurred on the day after inquiry, was really impressed with their speed and promptness. The aircon system installation took one and a half days, the entire process was smooth. The aircon experts gave very clear explanations to us during the installation and we felt very confident in the process. The aircon installation was completed the week after the site visit and inquiry. Really grateful to Muhin and partners for the smooth and prompt process and their reliability in the installation. Highly recommend their services to those who need aircon related works.

Great work by Mohi and Reza. They did the chemical wash and showed me the extend of the dirt in the coil, fan and hidden areas of the aircon. They took care of the machine while cleaning it and suggested to wash it in the common toilet due to the mess it will create. They are very experience in the whole process and made sure the common toilet is not in a mess after it. I truly appreciate the effort and honesty with their service. Will surely engage and recommend them to my family. I am not paid to write all these, just impressed.

I would not recommend Coolman to my worst enemy. The initial quotation was not clear on the number of units we had to pay for. When asked to clarify, the customer service simply insisted it was already stated therein (it was not). We needed urgent assistance with our air-conditioning leak and proceeded in any case. Unsurprisingly, we were made to pay more than we expected. The service crew was ok. Well, that's what we thought. 2 months in, our air-conditioning has leaked again. We raised this with the customer service and were offered a free check 2 days later. When we explained that we needed an earlier slot, we were crudely informed "first come first serve". We asked him to explain clearly what he meant, which he/she did not. Fascinatingly, we were offered an even later slot. I went back to my regular air-conditioning guy and will never hire Coolman ever again.
