Enquiring with Core Collective typically begins with a first consultation to discuss your condition, wellness goal, or area of concern. From there, practitioners will assess whether a single session or a recurring package is more appropriate for your needs. It is worth confirming the cancellation and no-show policy before booking, as these vary between wellness providers. Holistic programmes often involve an intake form or brief assessment at the first appointment, so arriving a few minutes early is advisable.
To take the next step, contact Core Collective by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing to discuss your specific wellness needs, confirm current availability, and ask about session pricing and package options before committing.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I had the Bodycombat class with Jorge. It was definitely a class that got my heart pumping with lots of punching and kicking. He gives you the option of more challenging moves if you can afford to do so. I like the space at Core Collective. While waiting for class to begin, there is a nice lounge area with a wide variety of magazines to read. Otherwise you can watch the boxing class going on. The changing room is spacious too. Lockers are provided. The only downside is the toilet is outside by the lift lobby.
Class size was not too crowded. The instructor can focus on the moves/ techniques of the members. Nice shower facilities! Always feel relax and at home while visiting core collective.
Being a regular at the *most popular gym in singapore which logo is red* going to this gym is actually a whole different refreshing experience. The equipments are clean, new, maintained well and I find the mats actually cleaned quite well compared to other gyms. The instructors for Pilates are professionals and they offer classes to whatever level of fitness or expertise (regularity) you have. I recommend Irene’s reformer or mat classes anytime :) They also have packages of classes which suit your habits.
I mainly go here for infrared sauna. Been doing it for 6 months+. There are very few places in Singapore that offer full spectrum and far infrared options. The space is super clean and well maintained and the staff are absolutely amazing and always smiling. The gym space looks great too at Anson but I haven't tried it. A good place to explore for all kinds of wellness needs. I heard they now have cold plunge too.
A 10/10 experience with Core Collective new infrared sauna and customer service! I was greeted by their friendly front desk team and was guided in by Shamilah, who introduced the infrared sauna machines and made sure everything went smoothly. I tried out the Rejuvenating sauna which was relaxing and therapeutic; the heat was not too intense and comfortable enough to meditate. A cool function in the saunas are the tablet with adjustable functions, and being able to use mobile devices inside. Definitely will be back to try their other saunas and wellness services!

Most holistic wellness providers do not require a formal GP referral for a first appointment, though completing an intake form covering your health history, current concerns, and any contraindications is standard practice. If you are managing a diagnosed medical condition alongside your wellness goals, bringing a GP or specialist referral letter can help the practitioner tailor the session appropriately and may support an insurance claim if your insurer covers complementary therapy. For your first visit at Core Collective, contact the centre in advance to confirm what to bring and whether any pre-session paperwork needs to be completed. Doing so helps the practitioner allocate enough time for your consultation within the session.
Holistic wellness is a broad category in Singapore, and licensing requirements vary by specific modality. Physiotherapists and occupational therapists are registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC); TCM practitioners are registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB); psychologists are accredited by the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). No specific regulatory licences were listed for Core Collective at the time of this listing. Before booking, confirm the qualifications and professional registration of the specific practitioner who will be treating you, and verify their registration number on the relevant board's public register.
