I recently visited Crawfurd Medical for a health screening and had an excellent experience. From the start, the registration process was smooth and the staff were incredibly professional and welcoming. I was seen by Dr. Esther Pang, who was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made me feel at ease throughout the consultation and addressed all my concerns with great care. The nursing and clinical team were also very efficient, ensuring the various tests were done quickly without feeling rushed. Highly recommend Dr. Pang and the team for anyone looking for a seamless and professional health screening experience!

Minus (I wished I could bold, underline and red Font this) 99 stars for the Chinese speaking staff at the registration counter who didn't bother to explain or listen and directed me to just take a queue number. She cut my queries and I am not hogging the registration counter. I was there less than 1 minute. She corrected me when I tried give more details and understand the situation as I do not need to see a doctor to get the referral letter which I believed it was in order. She corrected me that what my mom did " it is employment screening not health screening" I was shocked by her curt and abrasive responses. Honestly, Im very disturbed to have met her today bcos anyone who received information that they needed to see a specialist obviously needed some clarification let alone a daughter of a very blur mother. Background: I took leave to accompany my mother to the clinic as she received a phone call from the clinic that she needed to see a specialist arising from her health screening. As any elderly (perhaps for mom's case, she is really as blur as you can imagine), she didn't understand what was told to her and just replied 'ah ah ah'. Special thanks to the younger lady at the registration with specs. The 2 stars are for her. If I could give her 10 stars I will. She directed me with good info! She informed me that my mom needed to see a specialist for her heart bcos of abnormalities detected from the x-ray, the specialist visit is not time bound (which it is bcos my mom is signing her re-employment contract in her next birthday) however she cannot start work. TMI - my mom's case she is on her 6 re-employment contract. She answered clearly on the cost for specialist will be out of my own pocket, the clinic doctor needed specialist endorsement that my mom is fit for work and provided me a copy referral letter. All in 5mins. I walked in about 1503hr and left at 1508hr. There is no hogging of counter based on have the queue registration time clocked in my phone and based on the time I booked a taxi on my app.

I went to the clinic for the first time, and for the first time, I felt truly welcomed at a clinic in Singapore. The ladies at the reception were very kind, and both the doctor and the gentleman who took my blood were incredibly friendly. The Doctor listened to my concerns and sent me for tests. She has excellent rapport with her patients. Thank you so much. I felt understood and truly cared for. I recommend this place! I will definitely use your services again if needed!

Professional team, and great experience. Brought my daughter to check on her eyes redness on Christmas Eve. Team were fast in respond and waste no time in registration. Doc did detail check and we get everything done within 20mins. Keep up the good work.
