Parents and students looking to enrol should begin by reaching out to Creative Hearts via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to discuss level and syllabus fit — whether that is beginner piano, grade examination preparation (ABRSM, Trinity, or equivalent), vocal training, or another instrument. It is worth clarifying whether lessons are offered one-to-one or in small groups, whether tuition follows a fixed term commitment or a rolling monthly arrangement, and whether in-person attendance at Pandan Valley is required or if online options are available.
To take the first step, contact Creative Hearts directly through WhatsApp or phone to enquire about current availability, confirm the lesson format that suits your child or family, and ask about a trial class before committing to a longer enrolment.

Our children, 3 and 5 attended the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse camp in June and they really enjoyed themselves. They talked about what they learnt, even weeks later. Drop off was easy and the school is conveniently located. We appreciated photos and videos from the school which helped us know what the children learnt and could have conversations with them after the camp. The teacher student ratio was also good and the children had a good time. We look forward to joining more of the holiday programs!
Started letting my daughter have kids on keys (basics to piano) lessons here before moving on to proper piano lessons. It was good cause she can start younger and now she’s able to sight read well. My daughter enjoys the lessons at creative hearts and we really appreciate the experience the year end concert has given her. Keep up the good work!
My 2 kids and I really enjoy all our music lessons here. My son and I are currently taking individual piano lessons with Natalie while my daughter is taking group music classes. Natalie is very versatile and encourages us to learn the music we like while teaching useful skills. Most importantly we learn to appreciate music itself and have fun jamming together to our favourite pieces as a family. Also worth commending teachers Liyana, Yen Ling and Nadia for always encouraging our little daughter and putting up with her idiosyncrasies:)
My daughter attended Creative Hearts Piano classes since she was 6 years old. She likes going for lessons and her teacher connects really well with her, which we felt was a plus point. To our delightful surprise, for her grade 1 (in person) ABRSM exam, she scored a distinction. ❤️ We are very thankful and attribute this to the nurturing and encouraging environment at the school.
Friendly teachers and staff. My child took her first music playgroup here since she’s 7 months old. Now she is taking piano lessons here. Creative Hearts offers different kinds of music learning classes that suit different age groups and music interests.

Creative Hearts displays a mid-range ($$) pricing indicator, but specific per-session rates are not publicly listed. In the Singapore music school market, individual instrument lessons typically range from S$40–100 per session depending on the instrument, lesson duration, and whether tuition is one-to-one or in a small group. Some schools offer monthly packages or term-based fees that work out cheaper than booking individual sessions. Additional costs to ask about include examination registration fees (ABRSM, Trinity), music books and materials, and any deposit required at enrolment. Sibling discounts or package deals for multiple lessons per week may also be available. See the full music school cost guide for Singapore →
Many music schools in Singapore offer a trial lesson at a reduced fee or at the standard per-session rate, allowing you to assess whether the teaching style and level are a good match before signing up for a term. Contact Creative Hearts directly to ask whether a trial class is available and what it costs. During the trial, look at how the teacher engages with the student — particularly for younger learners — and whether the pacing feels appropriate for the student's existing level. It is also a good moment to observe whether the school follows a structured syllabus with examination preparation, or takes a more freestyle and recreational approach. Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
Specific tutor credentials for Creative Hearts are not publicly listed. When enquiring, it is reasonable to ask about each teacher's formal music qualifications — for example, a diploma or degree from a conservatoire or music institution — their years of teaching experience, and familiarity with the examination syllabuses relevant to your child (ABRSM, Trinity Guildhall, LCM, or equivalent). For students preparing for school or polytechnic music electives, it is also worth confirming whether the teacher has experience aligning lessons with MOE co-curricular or elective programme requirements. If the information is not volunteered, ask directly — reputable music schools are generally transparent about their teachers' backgrounds.
If Creative Hearts isn't the right fit, these are other music schools providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
