I had the pleasure of receiving exemplary service from Zapple and Terry when I was down at the outlet to make a musical instrument purchase as well as to pay for piano lesson fees. They were very accomodating and efficient. Zapple, in particular was also very knowledgeable of the various products sold by Cristofori and in the market. She also ensured the items were available and delivered. She is one of the few salespersons who is able to think on her feet and out of the box. She’s a gem in today’s consumer market!
