Darren came highly recommended, and we engaged him to sell our flat earlier this year. At our first meeting, Darren already came prepared and shared his marketing strategies. As first time home owners, he took us through the whole selling and buying process in detail and patiently; we were confident to let him handle the buying of our next property as well. Darren knows how to market a flat indeed, and managed to sell our flat above our expected price within the first viewing. We are fixated on a particular cluster for our next property, and Darren has been very helpful and on the ball in helping us knock on doors to help us secure our next flat.
