Frankly speaking, Darren was just a random property agent I found online. I must admit I was just taking a chance and praying hard to get a good one, because my house had been left unsold for the past 1–2 months. My prayers came true, because I really found an outstanding agent — giving him 5 stars is not enough. He was extremely efficient. He managed to squeeze time out to meet my husband and me on the very same day I contacted him. He came over to our place, patiently explained a lot about selling and buying, and guided us clearly. The very next day, he came again to take photos of our house and listed it online. Amazingly, our house was sold within just 8 days, and he even managed to sell it at our asking price. Throughout the process, Darren was thoughtful, responsive, and meticulous in everything he did. He never went missing, and his replies were always fast and reassuring. With him around, everything went so smoothly. My husband and I highly recommend Darren to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy property agent. We are truly grateful to him!

Darren was the best property agent I ever met. He's very professional and having good patience. I still remember back then we paid $100 deposit to reserve a house but felt regret after that. It's norm that we have to forfeit the deposit and we decided to do so. However, Darren tried his best to take back the $100 for us though we didn't request for it. And the best part is, he really put a lot effort to listen to our needs, consider our capabilities and work on it. When I mentioned I want a good study environment for kid, he printed the map for me and marked all the nearby schools and distance. When I discussed my cashflow with him, he helped me to work on Excel for sales and purchase modelling. Darren also has a very professional attitude that he always talk after listening. It's very comfortable to deal with him. I think this is the reason why after so many years we engaged him to handle our property sales and purchase, we still keep contact with him. I believe if there's any chance we go for the next property deal, he will be our first choice.
