Our bedroom door was stuck and would not open. Googled and found De Master Locksmith. Desmond answered the call. He listened to the issue, asked for pictures of the door lock and then assured us that it can be resolved without the need to remove the door or spoil it. He reached within the promised time frame. Although it was quite late at night, he was still very jovial and friendly. The door was unlocked swiftly as he had assured, and he immediately replaced the lock for us. He even sprayed some DW40 on my front door lock on the way out! 😄 Price quoted included transport, fee for unlocking + replacing the lock & the new door lock. We felt it was reasonable, considering the time of the day, the speed he reached and how fast he resolved the issue.

First time engaged Mr Tang from De Master Locksmith to replace my HDB BTO issued door lock and the experience was pleasant.
