Buy at your own risk. Would have given negative zero stars if I could. Personally would never want to deal with this company ever again. This company is slow to reply, gives inaccurate / wrong information when they finally reply, and would never take responsibility for their mistakes. The manager Mr Prabhakar KS is also unhelpful and has a bad attitude. The most ridiculous thing is he told me that after I made payment, I can go down to the shop to collect, but later changed his mind to say his 2 staff at the shop would need 3 days (72hours) to take down that one small pendant light and I can only collect it 3 days later. It is a joke. He said they are busy tending to customers at the shop so me being curious, I went down to take a look and stood there for awhile to observe - the shop was empty! No customers! So I’m not sure why the staff just don’t want to work. What I do know is that the staff at the Kitchener shop would complain about how bad the management is to the customer and have bad experiences with them. I guess everyone is all unhappy.
