Made an appointment to service my 2 year old aircon. Thought this company was genuine and trustworthy when they solve my small issue a few months ago. Service my aircon and then requested to check my condenser outside. Saw my insulator bracket broken, charge me 560 for both insulator, 200 for top up gas and 200 for dust cleaning. Was busy in the meeting so did not immediately check the market price. Then they Went out for more than 2 hours only to say to purchase spare parts and told me he already purchase that insulator that cost him 300 plus. FYI, Shopee can get less than 100. Quickly check with outside market on the insulator replacement, got quoted 300+50 transport. Told Iskandar and he immediately say he can do for 350. From 560 to 350?! Hire them at your own cost and make your own judgements based on my comments above.

8 months since I moved in my BTO and didn’t know how dirty my units were till Dr Cool came by to do a whole chemical overhaul, wash and revacuum. even taught me and my husband on how to properly care for our aircon units and a good schedule (+ economical) to keep up with the maintenance. amazing service and my units are as good as new. thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bad code of conduct and unprofessional service. I can say a lot more here but honestly and simply, my fairly new set of ACs were in a better shape BEFORE than after their servicing. I’m writing this to the tune of the fan motor rattling into the night and the four screws left on the shelf without a home. C’mon guys…. WTH???? One week passed and no response to WA asking if they can return to fix the rattling motor.

Update: I had engage professionals to conduct a thorough gas leak check which revealed the chemical wash by Dr Cool had caused a burn of the pipe resulting in the aircon not working and gas leak. The audacity for Dr Cool NOT TO HAVE ADMITTED TO THEIR MISTAKE AFTER I ASKED THEM TO CHECK AND EVEN CHARGED ME $70 FOR THE REVISIT WHEN IT WAS ALL ALONG THEIR MISTAKE. Even after informing them again today that the gas leak test revealed these results, they did not bother to reply and continue to remain silent After engaging their aircon services for condenser coil cleaning ($700) and chemical overhaul ($600 for 4 units) my aircon condenser starting leaking and aircon wasn’t cold after 2 months. Asked technician to come check, was charged $70 and technician taped up my aircon and told me to replace the whole system citing issues with my condenser valve. Asked for a second opinion about a few weeks later and the technician asked me why is there tape in my aircon, resulting in my aircon not being cold. Told him previous technician from Dr Cool did it and he said he never seen such taping in his entire career and doing so will spoil the aircon further. During the visit he said the gas was very weak and topped up gas again, cautioning there might be a gas leak (which the Dr Cool technician DID NOT STATE AT ALL). I asked him to check the valve which Dr Cool said was faulty, and he said it wasn’t faulty. Dr Cool has been very unprofessional after I had sent them my questions after seeking a second opinion. Not only did they not bother to clarify, they said they’d investigate and went RADIO SILENCE after. It is quite clear the chemical overhaul had resulted in a poor reinstallation of the aircon. Even then they did not suggest a leak bcos they knew they caused it and did not want to be responsible I also realised after that the prices I paid for cleaning and condenser cleaning was highly overcharged (which I was upsold on the spot hence had little time to research and check) Engage at your own risk
