Dr Choong replied to my enquiry personally and arranged for me to come in for a scan that same day, which I really appreciated. He was very upfront and didn't over-promise anything. He did a scan first to check what treatment would work best for me, and explained everything clearly. I felt comfortable and confident with his approach. Dr Choong also made sure I got my procedure done in time before I had to leave Singapore. That meant a lot to me. The procedure itself went smoothly with very little pain afterwards, as he assured me. He also took the time to explain that recovery is a process and what to expect along the way, which helped put my mind at ease. His staff were helpful and responsive throughout the whole process.
