Most insensitive doctor ever, money driven. During consultation, he told us to leave if we aren't continuing the treatment, even though we saw my Uncle's condition getting worse under the treatment. All he cares about is money, if you value your loved ones please stay away from him and spread the word, don't make the same mistake I did in 2016. There are better doctors elsewhere, he isn't one of them.

For the sake of your/your family's lives, I sincerely advise you not to seek treatment from this doctor because life is precious. Reasons being: 1. He has been sued by patient and had his license suspended. 2. Attitude issues, overly confident and arrogant. 3. He's getting old and his memory isn't sharp. 4. He has too many patients, lacks thoroughness, rushes decisions without enough thought. 5. Profit-driven rather than patient care-focused. 6. Extremely expensive compared to other clinics. 7. He's not just a doctor, he's a businessman - Parkway Cancer Centre Make sure to seek opinions from other doctors, do more research, read review, compare prices, and then make a decision. We once had a lot of faith in Dr. Ang, despite seeing negative news about him, his suspended license, criticisms in the comments section of news articles on fb page, and experiences shared by other patients' families on social media. Yet, we still chose to trust him because we believe doctors aren't gods. We even looked at examples of patients he treated successfully to convince ourselves. Yes, he has cured some people, but they either had milder conditions or were luckier. His initial confidence and positive attitude gave us hope. Maybe he uses the same lines on most patients; he'd say there's a 70% chance he can cure you. It's just a business tactic because he's not just a doctor, he's also the owner of a medical group. Of course, his knowledge, qualifications, and experience are extensive. But ATTITUDE is key! Treating cancer is critical in every decision made. Other doctors can be just as smart and qualified, so why spend multiples more at his clinic? Attitude issue: With too many patients, each one gets very limited consultation time. He doesn't thoroughly review medical reports and even forgets details later. Do you really want a doctor like that? Find the most suitable and trustworthy doctor, not one with high fame and controversy. Nowadays, fame doesn't equate to being a miracle doctor; it just means they're good at self-promotion. Maybe his reputation isn't good in Singapore anymore; Singaporean consumers are wise, so he actively speaks abroad, treating mostly patients from Vietnam, Thailand, etc. When we first saw the news about patients suing him and his license being suspended, we thought he must have changed over the years. But in the end, we trusted him, underwent treatment for many months, only to find out he repeated the same mistakes, with similar consequences for my family.

Not a doctor with empathy. Offered the treatment options that we felt work best for his pockets rather than in the best interests of his patients. Said the meanest things to my aunt (who was only in her thirties, just gave birth to her third baby boy and desperately wanted to live) and my grandfather - just wait and die. Been quite some years but definitely an experience that is still haunting us after their passings. For cancer patients, treating the heart is just as important as treating the cancer. After all, this affects the experience of the patients and their families, and how they handle the illness. I once thought this might be too much to ask of doctors, until my other aunt had the fortune to see another doctor who helped her through her cancer sincerely and wholeheartedly.

A terrible Doctor who only wana treat people who he think he can cure and who are rich. I went to him 12 years ago and he said I was no curable and asked why I wana go thru treatment as it will only affect the standard of living for my remaining time. I almost wana killed myself back then! Luckily I met Dr Ivan Tham from TTSH who put me through treatment and met many kind angles along the way who also contributed lots of good advise for my recovery.

It’s very rare that we have a dedicated dr. who dares to make a call. Dr. Ang has given me and my wife great advise and confidence in continuing treatment. Also, at the same time, he’s able to assure us of the medical condition without letting our mind run wild. The toughest moment is when the illness is detected. There is a big emotional roller coaster and it helps to have a dedicated dr. to hold our hands and walk through that journey. It’s a Super human feat with no lack in dedication. Thanks Dr. Ang and we are forever grateful
