I had a very last minute requirement for a pre-employment consultation with the clinic. While they were already very busy with other patients, the whole clinic went above and beyond to accomodate my needs, and did everything they could to make sure I got through the consult quickly, and away to the airport within plenty of time. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Dr Dinesh even found the time to sit down and explain my results clearly to me, and in layman’s terms. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. Professional and committed to their patient’s needs. Thanks again everyone!

There are doctors and there are physician healers. Dr Nair manages to blend the application of science based medicine and the softer aspects of healing. He has a reassuring bedside manner and is naturally empathetic. He doesn't rush through consults and this explains the occasional wait to see him. The clinic staff are awesome, organised, polite and professional. Overall, you feel taken care of as opposed to merely being treated. Recommended.

Just finished my follow up today and it reaffirmed why I have been with Dr. Dinesh Nair and his team since 2009. Over these 16 years they have walked with me through every step from life threatening incidents locally and overseas to routine follow-ups. Dr. Dinesh’s deep expertise and compassionate approach, along with his team’s professionalism and kindness, always bring comfort. Even in busy times in his fully packed clinic and in between emergencies, their dedication to each patient is clearly evident. For me, their consistency and care have been life changing and I wholeheartedly recommend Heart Matters.

terrible.. nurses have no idea how to schedule each patient knowing some patients need more time than others leaving other patients waiting more than an hour and a half on an empty stomach.. even then i did not see Dr. Nair.. i have cancelled the appointment. there are no shortage of cardiologists in Singapore. I was told by his nurse 'in our clinic there is waiting time' i said .. i might as well sit in SGH heart center than sit and wait for Dr. Nair to grace me with his presence.. They have a business to run.. i have other appointments.. there is no sense of respect for time in that clinic. Nurses were unsympathetic and cold. the arrogance of this clinic thinking patients will sit and wait for him as if he is the only Cardiologist in Singapore... thanks for nothing Heart Matters. all you did was waste my ENTIRE morning waiting in your clinic with an empty stomach.. i was about to faint..
