Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Front Office Conduct (ZERO STARS) My recent interaction with the front office - the person didn't bother to identify her/himself - was deeply disappointing. The communication was superficial, dismissive, and lacking even basic professional courtesy. I asked a *clear clinical question* regarding a functional removable appliance for interceptive orthodontics for *both arches*. Instead of receiving clarification or a structured explanation, I was given a one-line price reply — repeated mechanically — without any acknowledgement of the clinical context or clarification of whether the quotation referred to one arch or both. When I sought clarification, the responses remained shallow and transactional, with no attempt to understand the treatment scope. There was no effort to answer questions properly, no transparency, and no professional engagement. It felt less like interacting with a healthcare provider and more like negotiating at a market stall. Front office staff represent the clinic. Basic standards should include: Reading and understanding patient inquiries Providing clear, structured explanations Maintaining respectful and professional tone Escalating clinical questions to the dentist when appropriate Instead, the communication reflected poor training, lack of attention to detail, and zero accountability. Healthcare is built on trust. When the first point of contact demonstrates superficial understanding and dismissive behaviour, it undermines confidence in the entire practice. I strongly recommend the clinic reviews its front office training, communication standards, and professionalism. Patients deserve clarity, respect, and competence — not one-line price repetitions and evasive responses.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lea Tan! I really appreciated her professionalism and gentle approach. I don't usually bother leaving reviews but in this case I told myself I really should: my 7 year old son had a shaky front milk tooth and refused "home treatment". So we brought him to the Orthodontic Clinic as it is in an area we are familiar with (yes, they also do "normal" dentistry work). The dentist (Dr Lu ?) that saw us was very patient and had a very calm vibe about her which immediately put my son at ease. They had a screen above the dentist chair from which he could watch cartoons whilst his tooth was taken out. Everything went by smoothly and without any tears. I'm very grateful for the gentle treatment by the dentist and the team there. Thank you!

I’ve been visiting The Orthodontic Clinic for nearly a decade for my Invisalign treatment with Dr Lee and my regular cleanings with the rest of the team. Despite the lively pace of the clinic, the staff always make me feel welcomed and cared for. I genuinely look forward to every visit because I always leave with cleaner teeth and a brighter, wider smile. Highly recommended!

I had various dental issues resolved by this clinic, huge thanks to the following: Orthodontist - DR PRISCILLA LU InvisAlign treatment for about a year with various adjustments without hassle. Periodontist - DR ERICA JADE ANWAR Dentist - DR JANINE QUEK Both for redoing a not so well done tooth filling that was done up after my impacted and decaying wisdom tooth extraction years back. Alongside the various hygienists for their work on my teeth! Great experience so far, would recommend this place to others!
