Dr Karmen is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and truly compassionate. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, while also being firm and confident in her treatment approach — which gave me a lot of reassurance during a very difficult time. I always felt that I was in capable and caring hands. The nurses there are also wonderful — friendly, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. One of the most meaningful parts of this clinic is the support group led by Cally, who is herself a breast cancer survivor of 30 years. Hearing her story and seeing her living a happy and healthy life gives patients so much hope and encouragement. It’s incredibly powerful to speak with someone who truly understands and can show that there is life — and a good one — after cancer. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone going through their cancer journey. The care here goes beyond treatment — it brings comfort, strength, and hope.

Dr Wong is my oncologist. She is amazing and is always thinking on behalf of the patient, making the difficult journey a lot easier. She explains patiently and always thinks of ways to help patients cope. She looks after a lot of tough cases like mine, and I often meet other patients who speak highly of her. She is always prompt in updating about scan and test results, as she doesn't want us to worry about them. I strongly recommend her to anyone undergoing cancer treatment, be it a newly diagnosed or a recurrence.

Dr Karmen Wong was my oncologist during a difficult phase of my life when I was undergoing treatment for breast cancer. She was absolutely God-sent. She's definitely top in the field, she knows the latest treatments available & what was most effective. I could always ask her about any latest medical findings and she would spend the time to explain the pros and cons of each treatment. Because she was a very direct doctor, she often gave the most honest assessment of my medical condition, which I really appreciated, she's not someone who will coat a bitter pill. Her directness also allowed my family to make quick and clear decisions about my treatment, as time was of the essence in my treatment. Praise God, due to her swiftness in controlling the cancer, I recovered way ahead of "schedule". When my cancer shrunk miraculously by my 3rd or 4th chemo, Dr Wong rejoiced with me. And Dr Wong was never afraid of availing her patients to pastoral care during treatment, knowing how fragile her patients may feel during their lowest point. There was always a pastoral team ready to pray with me n to offer comforting words. Dr Wong herself would often just stop in the middle of a diagnosis, and pray over me, when she could sense my fear. I am now completely healed, and I give thanks every day that God had brought Dr Karmen Wong to be my doctor, she's taken such good care of me, not just my cancer, but offering me encouragement to face other aspects of my life, my work, my relationships when it all came crashing down. Without a doubt, I would strongly recommend her as one of the best oncologists around. And I know many other patients who are completely healed and stand by her as being their saviours too!

I've been under the care of Dr Karmen Wong since April this year, and have found Dr Wong to be a most experienced oncologist. She is very assured and decisive in prescribing the necessary treatment for my condition, and I know I'm in safe hands each time I see her. Notwithstanding her expertise in her field, she is kind and humble, and shows true concern for me, even praying for me on several occasions. She is ever ready to offer advice whenever I have any questions, and most importantly, she is also ever ready to encourage. I really thank and praise God for leading me to Dr Wong.
