Julie is the rudest receptionist you can ever come across in the entire Singapore medical industry. The clinic will perform much better if they change the receptionist. Also, they charge an exorbitant fee for reviewing medical reports from other sources! How does one take a second opinion if such exorbitant prices will be charged just for a simple review?! And mind you, it was done by a GP, not a specialist.

Do not come here. Staff are horrifically rude and absolutely not interested in assisting with insurance. Repeatedly messes up invoices. Calls them great eastern panel clinic supremecare but doesn't bother to accept the insurance card under ridiculous reasons. Refuses to do surgeries or procedures despite being called "surgery". Waiting time was twenty minutes despite being on time for appointment. TRULY horrible experience. Do not come here
