Accompanied my wife for the 1st time in this clinic few months ago. Greeted politely by counter staff. I was skeptical in the beginning due to the reviews but Dr Wong is a friendly and professional doctor. She answered most of our questions in the most easiest way that we can understand. Staffs are all friendly and approachable. Back to our hometown, we had forgotten to get a memo for insurance. Was told 3-5 working days but received it right the next day.

Accompanied my mum to see her gynae. The staffs are very friendly and cheerful. Dr Wong's explanation is the easiest to understand. She doesnt use too much medical term like other doctors. It was very easy to understand and very straight forward. She is really careful handling my elderly mum. Appreciate all the kindness from everyone in this clinic.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wong. I had read the reviews here, and felt a bit nervous before my appointment, but had absolutely no reason to be. Dr. Wong took time to review my medical history, explain everything regarding my appointment in detail, and answer my questions. Her staff was extremely friendly and kind. Dr. Wong was comforting when she could see I was nervous, and walked me through every step of the appointment. I would return to see her again and recommend her to friends. Also, I spent less than predicted by the front desk, so I believe she is extremely fair.

I was referred here by my family doctor and was quite anxious after reading the reviews. My experience here has been very positive. The first consultation was a follow up for endometriosis surgery I had overseas, prior to moving to Singapore. Dr Wong asked considered questions and was very thorough in checking my medical and family history. She performed a physical check that was efficient and professional. At this consult I asked for a specific contraception, which I find out later that is no longer supplied by the manufacturer in Singapore, due to lack of popularity (I also asked around at other surgeries about this contraception - some of which told me they just couldn’t get it and another which quoted me 2x the insertion price!) The administrative ladies at this surgery went out of their way to procure it and Dr. Wong inserted it during a second consult, which was a minor surgical procedure. She and her team were careful and performed the procedure without any issues. Overall, I found Dr Wong and her team to be both competent and professional.
