Very disappointing experience. When we were trying to schedule an appointment with Dr. Maurice, the response was extremely fast and attentive. However, once the consultation was done and we needed follow-up assistance, we were completely ignored. We have reached out multiple times, and there has been no response at all. This is especially frustrating because our request is important and time-sensitive. It feels like once the payment and consultation are done, the support just disappears. This kind of service is really unacceptable, especially in a medical setting where patients rely on proper communication and care. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, because no patient should be left without answers after a consultation.
