Was referred to see Dr Ng by a GP. Went to see Dr Ng and I thought he was ok. However I can’t say the same for his staff who is handling their WhatsApp. They totally ignored my questions on WhatsApp on other possible procedures and whether laxatives and sedation is still needed for half-scope etc. I explained to them my rationale and they just ignored whatever I wrote. They only messaged me when the letter of guarantee (LOG) from my insurer was ready while outright ignoring my queries. I had to prompt and ask again and all I got was “please come back to see Dr again”. I mean even if you can’t answer the questions, at least reply with something like “hi this one need to check with doctor ya” etc. Them outright ignoring my questions and just keep pushing for me to confirm if I have received my LOG and if I will proceed with the scopes etc. just makes me feel like they are just 100% profit-driven and wants to squeeze every dollar out of you. Zero empathy shown whatsoever. Safe to say, I decided to not proceed with them any further even though I received the LOG considering how bad and non patient-centric the staff is. I will much rather take the time to look elsewhere instead. Overall, I will advise to avoid this place altogether 👎

I have stage 4 haemorrhoids and was ready for hemorrhoidectomy as the previous GP that i saw mentioned that there isn’t any other options available. Called Dr Ng’s clinic and made an appointment on the same day. Upon seeing Dr Ng, he was very knowledgeable and confident with my condition and suggested not to do the surgery due to the possible negative aftermath. Truly not a Doctor after only profits but also the patient’s wellbeing as well.

I just had a key hole surgery by Dr Ng to remove my gall bladder. Very grateful with Dr Ng’s professionalism and also clarity in explaining the various options available for me, both surgical and non surgical and their implications. It helped me understand clearly the options, and considerations, and allowed me to make a good informed decision. The surgery went well and the post surgery care by Dr Ng and his team was excellent too! I was able to discharge and go home after just a night stay and the issue I had from my gall bladder had been completely resolved 👍

He doesn’t rush through your appointment at the clinic pre and post reviews and he shows great empathy and patience to listen, understand and provide the best solutions for your medical needs and conditions. He is and has always my go to doctor and I have been referring my close friends and family members to him and they have nothing but praises for his medical knowledge and competency. He is supported by a team of admins who are equally good at their works and always send you a reminder for your follow up appointments so you will never forget amidst your busy schedule.

A big Thank You to Dr Ng for his professionalism in treating my stage 3 almost stage 4 Hemorrhoids that I have been managing for the last 20+ years. His diagnosis and concise explanation of the treatment and expectation had resulted in a painless and non invasive treatment. During the colonoscopy procedure, he lasered a large portion of the two largest hemorrhoids located 2cm from the opening. Three months later, he lasered the rest of it and this almost completely eliminated all of them. The procedure was painless and without any bleeding after. I felt I had a new bum at the age of 60! Kudos to Dr Ng's professionalism, both his skills and communication. And not forgetting his very polite and efficient front desk team. I would strongly recommend Dr Ng to anyone any day.
