The whole process, together with my options, were comprehensively explained to me in a language I could understand. Although I put Dr Ong under a time pressure as I was leaving Singapore a week after our initial consultation, I never felt rushed. Dr Ong undertook what was a difficult procedure and through her skill and great care achieved an excellent outcome. During the whole process through diagnosis, surgery, wound care, histology and follow up consultations I felt very cared for and extremely confident that I was in the best hands. On 3rd Oct 2025, injections on my two knees’ scar (lengthy at14cm per knee which needed multiple injections on the scars) were very painful, Dr Ong was very patient, did not rush through the injections and talked to me about other things that could make me more relaxed. l strongly recommend Dr Ong to other patients who need her services.
