Naz was so helpful and genuinely nice. She made an effort via a phone call vs texting to explain the confusion. She also helped to guide me to Royal Healthcare med Ctr in terms of appointment booking, referral approval, Medisave payment process and report retrieval. All in all, she led me from start to finish and it was a wonderful experience. Royal Healthcare med team was also very pleasant and helpful despite a delay for the scan. The facility is clean, organized and nice. The CD was available almost immediately and the report was emailed to me the next day. Prompt and precise. Great experience!

Terrible front desk staff! Brought my friend to the imaging centre. The indian receptionist was not helpful and rude. When enquired if my friend has finished her MRI, the receptionist said that she didnt know where my friend was. The service attitude is appaling as the setup of the imaging facility is not big and didnt appear busy. As a fellow healthcare professional, such service standard from a private care provider (which patients paid a premium for the service) is less than acceptable.

And I like the royal environment, students medical check up done in just 15 minutes, fast and detailed. There are many medical centres all around the island, especially the central area here. That said, medical centre vs medical centre, I actually like this one here, found in the midst of all the shopping malls and large hospitals nearby. This helps with the convenience of moving around, and there's sufficient parking if needed. Food options are also really vast, whether in the same building (Hai Di Lao, Two Men Bagel, etc), or around the Novena Square area. So whether you're here for medical reasons, or for walking around, there's something for everyone.
