On the night of 8 December 2025, I received notification that my abscess surgery was scheduled for the next morning. Dr Pravin went above and beyond by patiently teaching my friend how to properly change my dressings, as I was scheduled to travel overseas just a week after the procedure. His kindness and willingness to ensure continuity of care meant so much to me. Throughout my overseas trip, Dr Pravin and his nurses remained in close contact. I sent photos of my wound after each dressing change, and they carefully monitored my healing progress from afar. This level of dedication and attentiveness truly exceeded my expectations. The entire recovery process took approximately 2.5 months, including managing recurring bumps where fluid had not been completely drained after the initial incision.
